This beautiful condo is an 1,100 square-feet, newly furnished home-away-from-home ready for up to 6 people to enjoy the perfect beach vacation as it is only steps away from the soft sands of Navarre Beach.

Guests can cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the breeze on the spacious balcony, get in some cardio on the tennis court, or cool off in the pool only a few yards from the balcony and front door.

This condo is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs in the living areas, while the bedrooms are furnished as follow: 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the second bedroom.

The location was very convenient, and we were able to walk to the beach very easily. Parking was right in front of the condo. My only recommendation is to bring extra trash bags, dish soap, and sponges if you’re going to stay for longer than a few days.

The Only problem is the location and the person booking the reservation not closely reading all of the reviews. The condos are beachfront, but only a few face the ocean, like in the picture posted ,the rest either face a pool or not. This one is very nicely decorated very clean and very comfortable and orderly, and we made sure we left it that way. It was very convenient to everything, but if you enjoy sitting on a balcony looking at waves and not having to walk down to the beach, then this is disappointing. It is on the second floor yet very accessible. We would definitely rent it again. . Navarre is the best.

Great location! Just a short walk to the beach. The property was very clean and well-supplied with anything you might need to make it feel like home away from home. Next time we visit Navarre, this is where we will stay.

When we entered the foyer area, it smelled and there was no fresh air in that area. Was told to enter the key code and turn the deadbolt to open the door. Was not told that you had to listen for a click that meant the door was unlocked and to push open. The deadbolt could be turned around and around. Opened the door finally to have a dirty rug at the door. The door knob to the boloney would not turn and open the door. The bathroom sink would not let the water drain out until you unscrewed the drain from the sink. Was told that room was beach front.

Perfect family getaway for thanksgiving

My family very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at this condo. Easy walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen even for cooking a holiday meal and the condo is very spacious and clean.

Great condo and location!!

This condo was clean, modernized, and in a fantastic location! The pool was great and the condo was in walking distance of a few restaurants. We were very comfortable and would absolutely come back!
