Dishwasher, wash-machine , living room 25mq with large elegant sofa suitable as double bed as well ! Sky net 2 televisions ,WiFi, high ceilings and in room toilet ! Bedroom 25mq with luxury elegant in room bathroom and large shower, independent entrance from the square and 15 steps to make you are arrived ! For a week you can do everything by feet or bicycle ! Beach 3 km , the apartment is surrounded by over 15 good restaurants in 5 min walk ! Shopping mainstreet10 min walk ! Train station 5 min walk bus station 5 min harbour to ponza 15 min walk ! The apartment is behind the beautiful ancient main square of terracing , and in-between 2 pope palaces of 1600 and the rest of roman temple along the old appia road !

Owner got his dates mixed up we had booked from Sunday to Friday but after accepting our booking he advised that in fact the Sunday was not available and hence for our first night he put us up in a different apartment also owned by him but not as nice and our adult children had to share a very uncomfortable sofa-bed. Really not acceptable

La struttura è molto bella e funzionale con tutti i servizi descritti, gli unici elementi negativi sono legati alle limitazioni legate alla posizione nel centro storico e ai due ristoranti che si trovano all'entrata della struttura che aprono a cena se il tempo lo permette in quanto all'aperto. Noi ci siamo adattati molto bene e abbiamo individuato il percorso petramite una scala in pietra e pochi minuti di camminata a piedi

Toller Italienurlaub!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Terracina.Wir,als Deutsche,wollten das italienische Leben kennenlernen.Das haben wir auch.Viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung.Zum Strand sind es ca 20 min zu Fuß. Emma war sehr hilfsbereit.

È da un po' di anni che andiamo in ferie a Terracina ma è la prima volta che prendiamo un casa al centro storico abbiamo conosciuto un'altra parte di Terracina ammirevole per le sue bellezze archeologiche ,i suoi ristoranti con tanti ragazzi giovani che hanno fatto rivivere da un po' di anni il centro storico di Terracina e tutti molto cordiali,ritorneremo il prossimo anno.

Buona esperienza e ottima base per visitare la costa del Circeo

Appartamento curato e pulito, situato in pieno centro storico, non ideale per una vacanza statica (casa/mare). Anche se il mare e’ a un km, la strada presenta discese e salite. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità della sig.ra Emma che ci ha accolti. Da segnalare che non ci sono due camere da letto ma una camera con letto matrimoniale e una sala che dispone di un divano letto che però ha un materasso per niente comodo e piccolo. Cucina ben attrezzata e ben fornita di tutto l’occorrente. L’aria condizionata e’ solo in sala ma l’appartamento e’ fresco.

Ottima posizione nel centro storico

Appartamento ampio, pulito, molto gradevole e fornito di tutto il necessario. Sito nel molto gradevole centro storico fi Terracina, permette di raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole anche se la presenza dei molti locali notturni rende le nottate un po' rumorose.

Bello l'appartamento, bellissima la location!

L' appartamento è bello e pulito, la posizione molto suggestiva in pieno centro storico (posto bellissimo che trasuda storia da tutte le parti e se come noi conosci gente del posto che ti fa da Cicerone impari tante cose). Ogni sera c'è un evento, ma verso mezzanotte finisce tutto. Sotto casa c'è un osteria ma noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a dormire in quanto la camera da letto resta dietro e la casa è ben isolata. Uniche pecche il condizionatore forse ha il filtro da cambiare in quanto fa un po di odore e rispetto l'annuncio non c'è il lettore CD/DVD. Per quanto riguarda la posizione la cosa difficile è trovare un parcheggio. A parte questo è CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Appartamento grazioso

Si tratta di un appartamento carinissimo immerso nel centro storico di Terracina. Il centro e il mare sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi (una piccola pecca è il ritorno in salita abbastanza faticoso). L'appartamento è risultato più grande e bello che dalle foto; io e il mio ragazzo vi abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In caso vorremmo tornare a Terracina sicuramente torneremo qui poiché l'appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort ed abbiamo passato una splendida permanenza.

ein super erlebnis

die Unterkunft ist in der Altstadt von terracina , man ist mitten drin und erlebt so richtig Italien, keine Mietskasernen oder Hotelbauten nebenan, einfach super. der vermieter spricht sechs sprachen, die kommunikation also kein Problem. einziger Nachteil , es gibt kein Parkplatz direkt beim haus und man muss das Gepäck und den einkauf ein paar meter weit tragen. aber, das haben wir gerne in kauf genommen, schließlich müssen das ja viele einheimische auch. direkt vor dem haus eine offene Osteria , hier isst und trinkt man sehr gut und zu zivilen preisen. danke herr tonen, wir werden sie weiterempfehlen.

Appartamento molto bello al centro storico

L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. 2 bagni, letto matrimoniale più un divano letto per 2 persone. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La location è molto particolare, all'interno del borgo antico di Terracina, in pò in salita,dista circa 1,5 km dal mare. L'unica piccola pecca, il ristorantino proprio sotto l'appartamento aperto fino alle 2 circa, quindi essendo al primo piano.......ma è pur giusto che si lavori in periodo estivo. La consiglierei sicuramente anche per l'adeguato rapporto qualità/prezzo.

high ceilings , thick walls , relatively cool temperature in summer ! and quiet even in the outgoing center of the old town !
