Très belle prestation et l’accueil chaleureux et très à l’écoute.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le silence la verdure et les chambres spacieuses.Nous recommandons cet hébergement très proche du centre de Calvi, accessible de l’aéroport.Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.

Von allem etwas

Der Anfang war schwierig, da das Haus mit der übermittelten Wegbeschreibung (Googlemaps/Applemaps) nicht zu finden war. Diese führte uns in ein anderes Dorf. Mehrere Telefonate mit etwas Ungeduld des Vermieters haben schließlich geholfen. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen. Das Haus ist großzügig und innen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Beschreibung ist zutreffend. Der Pool ist großzügig und ebenfalls sauber. Der Außenbereich ist zum Teil ansehnlich, teilweise auch etwas verkommen. Das Auto muss mit deutlichem Abstand zum Haus geparkt werden. Ungewöhnlich ist, dass das Grundstück ohne Zaun mit einem anderen Haus (kein Ferienhaus) geteilt wird, dessen Bewohner wir nie zu sehen bekamen. Der Umgang des Vermieters/Verwalters ist - vor allem wenn man nicht fließend französisch spricht - ruppig bis unhöflich und ungeduldig. Mit Gastfreundschaft hat das leider nichts zu tun. Englisch zu sprechen wird abgelehnt. Absolut unmöglich fanden wir, dass er, ohne sich anzumelden, unter der Woche plötzlich vor dem Pool stand. Wir waren uns uneinig ob wir das Haus zu den Konditionen nochmals mieten würden.

Séjour de rêve

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants de 12 et 15 ans, et nous avons séjourné dans cette merveilleuse villa qui correspond à 100 % à l’annonce Abritel. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux, tout est présent dans la villa pour passer d’agréables journées et profiter de la piscine et du soleil. La villa est très proche des plages de Calvi, ce qui nous a permis, de profiter aussi des environs. Merci à Lionel pour son accueil et de sa disponibilité durant le séjour. Nous conseillons cette maison à 200 %.

Charmant, agréable et au calme

une belle propriété et une belle villa très bien équipée pour vivre dehors ou dedans. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La déco est originale, la pièce principale et les chambres sont climatisées de façon indépendante. Située au calme pour profiter pleinement de la piscine, du jardin, de la cuisine d'été et même d'un jacuzzi svp!!! (NB moyen de locomotion indispensable, mais bien situé à proximité de Calvi et de l'île Rousse, au calme et en dehors des turpitudes de la ville!) Il faudrait être difficile et pointilleux pour ne pas apprécier un séjour à la Villa Monte Cinto! Lionel est un hôte qui sait se rendre disponible, avec discrétion, avec simplicité et efficacité. C'est simple, clair net et précis avec le sens du service et de 'hospitalité.
