Offers two levels of decks and is perfect for family or multi-family gatherings! 6 bedrooms with 3 full baths and sleeps 15. Enjoy all the amenities that award-winning Ocean Lakes has to offer, including 24/7 security in a gated-community with direct beach access and lifeguards!

This house is in Ocean Lakes Community. Linens and WiFi are included. During the peak season, Memorial Day to Labor Day, the maximum occupancy is 15 total people and weekly rentals only! During the off season, will consider renting to couples or smaller groups at a reduced rate. All taxes are included.

Note: No Pets. Golf carts are rented at the rental office. Pool, water park, arcades and playground access is included.

Great property & location. Our family of all ages enjoyed staying here. Close walk to the beach, nice breeze on the deck, kitchen had everything we needed. As mentioned in the ad the streets are narrow but it was easy enough to figure out how to get our large vehicles parked.

They stay was great! Beautiful home, close to the beach, very friendly neighbors. Plenty of things to do! Only thing was the paths between houses can be narrow and hard to navigate with larger vehicles, but most of the time we used the rented golf carts to get around the grounds.

Great Family Vacation

We have a great family vacation. Love the house and the location. The house was perfect for six adults, and four children under the age of four. We will definitely be staying in the house whenever we visit Myrtle Beach in the future. Adam was very easy to work with and promptly replied to any questions.

Our family of nine adults had a great time! This is our third family reunion staying in Ocean Lakes and love the ability to be together or to separate for different activities. This home is clearly well kept. It was such a a relief not having to arrange for sheets & towels and jump through hoops when checking out! The appliances seem of better quality (and quieter) than standard ones in short-term rental units. Highly recommend!

Perfect size

The home easily accommodated my family of 12. Bathrooms were large. The water gets extremely hot. The downstairs bathroom had amazing water pressure. Just a short walk to the beach. Parking was a little tight but we had large SUVs and trucks. The host, Adam is amazing. He responded very quickly to my emails. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for our family vacation with young kids. We had a lot of younger kids so the carpet stairway was a huge positive. Adam was great the whole time and very accessible. We enjoyed the location of the house to the beach entry. It was very easy to get to the entry and get on the beach. The neighbors were also great and very friendly.

Adam was fantastic and a pleasure to rent from. The details of the house were accurate and the property was very clean. The closets, rooms and bathrooms were very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked and having the linens provided was a +. We will definitely be back.

Everyone raved about this house...

Fourteen people from the ages of 11 months to 87 stayed in this house for an entire week--and it was perfect. The layout is great because bedrooms don't really share a wall [just a closet wall]. This gave everyone some separation. The bathrooms and their location were perfect, too. The house was very clean [the 11 month old scooted all over the place with no worries from anyone] and the kitchen had everything we needed. It would be great to have more cabinet space for food, but we managed very well. There are a lot of opinions and personalities in our family, but everyone agreed this was a great house!

Fun in the sun

The property was super nice. Very clean - a well stocked kitchen. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The only thing we would possibly add would be a place to put food and stuff we brought for cooking. There was a pantry but it was locked. And that could be just us since we ate in every night. All in all a great time.

Great family reunion house

We were looking for a property for our family reunion vacation and were happy to find this property. Plenty of bedroom space although the living room space was a bit small. Kitchen had plenty of everything for cooking big meals. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away which was great for both the kids and seniors with us. Parking was a bit of a challenge as the street is narrow (one car wide) and the houses are quite close together. You can park 3 cars at the property for sure; you'll maybe get 4 cars in if 2 of them are compact. It was a great family trip and everyone had fun. Thank you for your hospitality!

Immaculate property!

We have rented several properties from Ocean Lakes and not only was this home one of the cleanest and up to date homes the process by this owner Adam was the easiest we have ever experienced! No long lists of things to-do, everything was included for the home which made our vacation really feel like a vacation! If you are looking for a home for the week you need to pick this one!

Prime location and super clean

We stayed here as an extended family for spring break and it was excellent. The house was able to accommodate 6 adults and 7 kids age 6 and under no problem! It was clean, close to the beach, and the on site laundry was awesome for our week stay. Adam did a great job communicating and was very responsive to any messages or questions I had. The only bummer was there was not a golf cart provided with the property, which other rentals in Ocean Lakes did include. But there is rental carts you can get from ocean lakes. Still a great experience and look forward to staying here again!

Halloween weekend

Adam was quick to answer or return my phone calls/texts with questions that i had. The description of the house stated was true to the pictures. We fit 2 large suv's and 1 small car under the house with 3 golf carts parked alongside the garage. The road was a little narrow but that is expected in Ocean Lakes. Needless to say our family had a great Halloween weekend!
