Great place to relax and enjoy

Great house with all the comfort you need during a holiday stay. The location is quiet, with a little private beach which is really nice. A place to relax and really enjoy some family time! And the owner is really nice and friendly.

Great place to relax and enjoy France

For the third year in a row we had a great week at this beautifull house. The house itself and the private beach make it a great place to relax and unwind. And all you need is within a 15 min drive.

We had a great stay at this beautifull house. Comfortable, quiet, a private beach. We enjoyed nature. Beaches with acces to the sea within 15 min drive. We van recommend this house to all.

Une superbe maison de vacances, isolée, avec une plage presque privée. Il y a parfois des visiteurs, mais cela ne nous a en tout cas pas dérangés. Les levers et couchers de soleil sont grandioses. L'idéal pour se détendre. Ne rien faire et profiter. La propriétaire est une femme adorable et très chaleureuse qui nous a choyés de bout en bout. Un grand merci à elle. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances parfaites. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir l'année prochaine. Barbara Komasa Eine super schones Ferienhaus, Alleinlage mit fast eigenem Strand. Ab und zu kommen Besucher was uns jedenfalls nicht gestört hat. Die Sonnenaufgänge und die Sonnenuntergänge sind grandios. Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Nichts tun und genießen. Die Vermieterin ist eine liebe und sehr offenherzige Frau die uns durch und durch verwöhnt hat. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus beinhaltet alles was man für den perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen. Barbara Komasa

Vacances avec une vue sur la merOn avait pu passer nos vacances dans cette maison qui est arrangé parfaitement (et jolie), qui es située en rêve et très bien équipée - nos deux semaines de vacances se sont passées trop vite.La plage et les alentours - très bien à découvrir en vélo - n’ont pas permis l’ennui.Madame Imbert nous a souhaité la bienvenue vraiment gentille, avec des fruits et légumes de son jardin en plus, et elle a pris du temps pour nous expliquer tout. On vous donne le conseil d’y passer vos vacances, c’est un vrai plaisir!

Séjour parfait avec vue magnifique sur la baie de Bourgneuf

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Tout était parfait. Armelle nous a accueilli avec des petites attentions très agréables. La maison est superbement située avec vue et accès direct sur la baie de Bourgneuf et à une petite plage quasiment privative. Elle est très bien équipée. Mention spéciale au billard et aux vélos mis à disposition gratuitement qui permettent de faire des balades vers les différents petits ports qui se trouvent à proximité. Nous avons pu vivre tranquillement au rythme des marais. Et merci encore à Armelle pour les cadeaux de départ. N'hésitez pas a séjourner dans cette location. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Maison très fraîche, en pierre avec une vue époustouflante, tant devant sur les marais que derrière sur la baie. Traumhafter, erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Angefangen bei der persönlichen und herzlichen Begrüßung der Vermieterin. In ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick und direktem Zugang zum Strand (Ebbe und Flut beachten) ist ein besonders erholsamer Urlaub möglich. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Séjour ressourçant

Grande maison agréable, fraîche malgré les grosses chaleurs. Pratique, tout est là pour se sentir comme la maison. L'emplacement proche de l'océan est un plus pour des apéros sur la digue ou la plage. On y vit au rythme des marées. Et la voiture dort en sécurité dans le grand garage. L'accueil est plus que parfait.

Schönes ruhiges kleines Ferienhaus bei Bouin

Meine Frau und ich waren mit unserer 14-jähriger Tochter im Mai/Juni für zwei Wochen da und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat eine Garage. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert, d.h. es war z.B. immer genügend Warmwasser zum Duschen da. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat alles sehr ausführlich erklärt, uns ein "Start-Lebensmittelpaket" geschenkt und war sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten. Direkt am Haus kann man nur bei Flut baden und nur, wenn man den schlammigen Boden und trübes Wasser nicht scheut. Dafür gibt es bei Pornic oder auf der Ile de Noirmoitier sehr viele Sandstrände mit klarem Wasser. Vom ersten Stock des Hauses (Schlafzimmer, Billardzimmer und Bad) hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Bourgneuf, inklusive Sonnenuntergang.

Ruhe, Aussicht, Gastfreundlichkeit

Wunderbare Alleinlage des Objekts mit tollem Blick auf das Meer aus dem ersten Stock und dem Schlafzimmer. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Ferienhaus Urlaub benötigt. Besonderes Highlight ist das Billard im ersten Stock. Fr. Imbert ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit kleinen Gastgeschenken überrascht. Ein wirklich tolles Urlaubsdomizil.
