Calm and bright, completely redone in January 2017.
On the 3rd and last floor of a small residence designed in 1950 by Fernand Pouillon. This apartment is typical of F. constructions. Pouillon and offers surprising volumes with arches of 5 meters from the ground.
Equipped kitchen, household linen provided (sheets, towels). Available coffee, tea, chocolate, jams ... for breakfast and for meals, season .....
Equipped with Bouygues Fiber
Bedding changed spring 2017.
Private parking in the residence.
The geographic location allows you to walk around the city center (shops, restaurants, cinema ...)

Served by Bus lines via Aix TGV.

Loved everything about this apartment. It was very homey and our host was fantastic. When we had some issues that affected our trip, our host was very flexible and helped us out. Can't say enough about our stay. Wonderful.

Perfect Stay in calm neighborhood

Great location in Aix-en-Provence

The apartment is beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, with a kitchen that is fully equipped for serious cooking. Very easy access to old town Aix, on foot, and the Tue-Thu-Sat local farmers market is one of the best we've seen in Provence. Nathalie is an amazing host, she is very responsive, friendly, warm, and has provided excellent recommendations for visiting Aix, as well as Provence and beyond. We highly recommend the apartment!

My husband experienced an allergic reaction to animals in the apartment building which was very old and small. The flat smelt like animals. The neighbourhood was not very nice. We were unable to get a refund.

C’est bien la première fois que j’ai ce genre de commentaire ! L’immeuble est classé XX siècle, il est très propre.C’est une petite résidence. Je suis au 3e et dernier étage. Un petit chien se trouve dans un appartement au premier étage. Il ne se promène pas dans l’immeuble. Mon appartement n’ACCEPTE PAS D’ANIMAUX !!! Il est nickel et sent très bon( voir les autres commentaires). Vous êtes vraiment de mauvaise foi. La communication entre nous a été négative, j’ai su que vous aviez quitté l’appartement seulement lorsque que je vous ai demandé si tout allait bien. J’ai donc contacté de suite Abritel pour leur expliquer la situation. C’est le site qui m’a confirmé de ne pas vous rembourser. Cordialement. Nathalie.

Great stay in Aix-en-Provence

We loved staying in Nathalie's apartment in Aix and the pictures show the apartment very well. The location is perfect, a short 10 min walk into the heart of Aix. The building is very quiet and thankfully Nathalie has a two good fans in the apartment as it was extremely hot while we were there. The bed is comfortable and the large kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home. We appreciated the parking available with the apartment as the streets are full with no spaces available. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and has high vaulted ceilings giving a feeling of spaciousness to the whole place. Nathalie is very prompt in communication making sure we arrived safely and everything was OK. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nathalie :)

Reasonable price & 15 minute walking distance to Cours Mirabeau.

Nice apartment that was well-equipped. Nice apartment owner / manager that responded quickly with questions. Check-in & check-out was a bit complicated compared to other VRBO. Parking was very limited and tight between cars. “Security” gate was already open several times we drove up & took many tries to get it open when it was down. Three levels of ~ 48 stairs was challenging, especially with the number of bags we had, plus the fact the owner has been unable to get the building owner to get the lights to work throughout the stairwell. Overall we were pleased, just posting these comments in hopes these items can be corrected.

J’ai bien pris note de vos remarques. Pour la lumière de la cage d’escalier un Electricien doit intervenir sur la demande de notre syndic. Ce problème sera résolu dans les prochains jours L’appartement est au 3ème étage, donc oui, il y a des escaliers. C’est renseigné dans l’annonce. Enfin les places de parking sont standards. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter le centre historique. Le parking sur place est un avantage certain. L'appartement est très confortable, bien entretenu et bien équipé. Le contact avec Nathalie est très agréable. Location très recommandable !

L'appartement propre et bien garni est à bonne distance du centre (20 minutes de marche) et est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur (52 marches), ce qui rend les déplacements lourds pour des personnes agées. Idéal pour jeunes actifs ! La propriétaire s'est montrée très réactive.

Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, im 3. Stock Kein Stress mit Parkplatz da man in der residence parken kann. Direkt gegenüber ist eine boulangerie wo wir jeden Morgen unser Frühstück geholt haben. Man wohnt 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Fußgängerzone. Nach 10 Minuten ist man gleich auf der Autobahn Richtung Marseille oder Avignon. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Kann ich wärmsten weiterempfehlen
