We had an amazing time in Maggie Valley staying at this beautiful property. It was very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley and Waynesville.
Everything was outstanding! Perfect for our short relaxing vacation, we even got some snow what made the views even more beautiful. The house was amazing and super comfortable. We will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Maggie Valley for a few years and this was by far the best place I've stayed at. Just as advertised.
Plenty of space, beautiful views, and many activities within driving distance. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

We are so happy to hear that, Anthony! Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to hearing from you in the future!
This is definitely a come and stay property (which we loved), but it was long drive up (which gives you the amazing views). Well appointed and very clean. Would have been nice to have some lamps in the living room to read by, but not a deal breaker at all!
Very relaxing weekend; thanks!
My husband and I enjoyed this spacious cabin on top of the mountain. Amazing views great lay out for a big family with lots of kids. But we enjoyed it by ourselves. At at “The Chefs Table “ for dinner and Joeys Pancakes for breakfast. Both were Amazing and we highly recommend them!!

Two fantastic restaurants, I totally agree! Thank you so much for staying with us, Karen. Health and happiness to you and your family and a happy New Year!
The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a huge hit, played lots of games. We came for the truck meet in Maggie Valley, the house was only 20 minutes away, and that is only because we had to go down the mountain to get downtown, but it was worth it for the incredible views. Had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

I'm so glad to hear you had a wonderful time at our home! We are grateful you chose us for your stay, thank you!
We absolutely loved this property! Spectacular view, looks exactly like the pictures. This cabin is great for 2 families. Plenty of room for families to come together and also have alone time. We do wish we could’ve use the dining room table for family meals, but one bench needed repairs. We carried our meals out to the deck to enjoy the view. We will definitely rent this property again in the near future!

Thank you so much for the review! This home is truly in a majestic location and all our guests have thoroughly enjoyed it! I suppose it's worth clarifying that the handcrafted wooden benches at the dining table are very much in usable condition. We do have a small sign on the edge of one side of one bench so that guests know not to sit on that particular corner simply to prevent it from overuse.
My husband and I enjoyed our quiet stay with awesome long range mountain view. The drive up did take at least 15 min but was paved and easy to access. We did not use the lower level but would be awesome if you had a large family or sharing with another couple. The pictures are accurate except that they are older which can be seen in that the view has grown up some as well as some outside decking aging from sun. If you enjoy quiet and beauty of the mountains it is truely a wonderful place to stay

Thank you for staying with us at Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes, Pam! We are so glad you were able to relax and enjoy yourself :)
The cabin was beautiful as pictured, although it was smaller than the pictures made it seem. The views should have been spectacular except it rained and was cloudy the whole time we were there. We made do with lots of football games to watch, playing pool, and reading curled up on the deck. The only down side was the beds were a little uncomfortable. I think new mattresses are needed. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation to the NC mountains. The house itself was amazing - heated bathroom floors, very well-stocked kitchen, and just beautiful overall. And the views - WOW! The drive up is not for the faint of heart but feeling like you're on top of the world makes it all worth it (and the drive gets easier after a couple of times). The surrounding property provided my kids (9 and 6) with hours of fun exploring and just getting outside and being in nature. The location of the home is also great - we were about 45 minutes to an hour away from any of the activities that we wanted to do and found that the home was really in a very central location. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!!
Me, my wife and two kids stayed here for 3 nights to get away. The views from the deck were incredible. The kids loved the downstairs with the bunk beds and the pool table. The house was very clean and well taken care and the host was quick to respond and helpful. Only negative is the drive up the mountain off the main road takes a while. So going in and out a lot is now ideal. This is fine for us because we like to cook ourselves and wanted to just spend time at the house. The property is very secluded, so if you want to get away and want peace and quiet, this is definitely the cabin for you.

We are overjoyed to hear you and your family loved your time spent at our home. Thank you for staying with us, Timothy!
We really enjoyed our stay. I loved sitting on the balcony with the gorgeous mountain views, the fire pit lit reading my book. I could of stayed there the whole trip. The drive up the mountain is not for the faint of heart, but not any worse then the other locations we've stayed. Worth it for the view. My daughter loved the pool table, but if you're serious about your pool game the room isn't quite big enough and makes it tricky to play properly. Your pool sticks hit the walls. My dad and son gave up after one game. Overall we really enjoyed it.

We appreciate the feedback. We have just ordered some shorter pool cues to accommodate for the tight spots and will have them there in a couple of days. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes.
