This condo is very clean and in a great location, especially if you bike onto the island. Bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, brewery, food trucks all within a few blocks walk from the condo making a car unnecessary. It's quiet, has a nice view out th sliding door. It was nice to have access to the garage for bicycle storage. And we really appreciated the early checkin. We are a party of three adults and have stayed at this condo several times. We highly recommend it.

Always a great stay!

This was our second stay here. We love the location. It’s great to be able to walk to coffee, ice cream and dinner. The view is incredible and condo layout is great. We loved watching the eagles roost nearby while enjoying the chaise on the beautiful new deck. I’ve stayed at many places Lopez over the 35+ years I’ve been coming, and Condo #9 is one of our favorite places.

Great Location

Lovely property, peaceful and easy to access. Beatuiful view to the bay from your private deck. Minor cleanliness, one star down only for a little dust and dirty oven mit. Otherwise really loved our stay here and would return.

Beautiful View

This is our favorite property to return to every summer on Lopez Island. We love the in-village location and beautiful views. The kitchen is well stocked, and there’s plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The deck overlooking the beautiful field and Fisherman Bay is always a highlight. Great location to walk to morning coffee, afternoon ice cream or our favorite restaurants, Have and Setsunai. As always, we’ll be back for our annual summer trip next year.

Quiet and relaxing

House was perfect for 2 couples to relax and explore the island. The people were so friendly and the shops were great. Isabel's coffee shop had amazing chai and the weekend flew by. The grocery had everything needed for cooking meals. The condo's view of the harbor was so peaceful and beautiful. Well stocked with everything needed. Definitely will return if we get a chance.

Very nice, but could be even better.

So many nice about the property, wonderful location, quit, spacious, comfortable. However, the furnishings are a bit shabby and soiled, kitchen jammed with owners stuff, some of which is unusable or soiled. Tile in master bath is moldy. All of these issues could be easily addressed making this an all five star property.

Great get away from Seattle

Roominess, view, location, cleanness of the house are prefect. Only slightly negative thing I noticed was that I could hear noise of next bedroom pretty well. Noise from living room is well controlled. However, this is not owner's responsibility. It is how this condo was built.

Birthday on Lopez

This is our second stay at this property. We walk in the door and have this beautiful view of Fisherman's Bay. The field in front of the bay is full of birds. We love this homey place to stay. It reminds me of my parents home and is very warm and comfortable. My son and his children live on Lopez and this space allows us to have dinners and game time together. My grand daughter turned 9 and we baked a cake and had a wonderful birthday dinner together. The location couldn't be better. We are just a short hop to the Village Market and a good walk to the Islander.

Nice location

The property is in a great location. Very close to Lopez Village and within walking distance of grocery stores, bakery, a couple of restaurants and espresso shop. We did not have to drive except when we travelled to other parts of the island for some great hikes. The condo itself is a little dated. It wasn't very clean. There was mold in the shower in master bath, some dishes in the cupboard had food stains on them, carpet in main living area needs a good cleaning. The deck has some boards that have nailheads sticking up because the board/s are broken on the end. Deck furniture is very old and not very comfy. But the strangest thing was that the ceiling/roof made these terribly loud creaking/cracking noises that were nerve wracking. It sounded like the roof was going to come down although I am happy to say it did not. The condo is well equipped with kitchen items and plenty of linens. There are board games and 2 bikes although we did not use them because one of them was far too large for us. If I return to Lopez Island I will probably look for a different place to stay because of the cleanliness issue and the ceiling noise thing.

Lovely and Very Well Appointed

We loved this property for its location, furnishings and comfort. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of spices and good selection of pots and pans. Very comfortable beds with quality linens, and plenty of towels. Short walk to all the village offers. Terrific holiday accommodation!

Super cozy rental. Beds comfortable, great location. Small private yard. Deck furniture comfortable and functional. We had such a lovely weekend. Hit a patch of great weather. Absolutely amazing rental on Lopez!
