Welcome to our casa away from your casa!

Enjoy a completely remodeled and fully furnished two bedroom, two bath, single story 1,200 sqft home. Located in East Mesa, you will enjoy the quietness and friendliness of the neighborhood.

Host a small get together as our living room and open concept kitchen has ample seating. The dining table unfolds to allow for additional guests and entertainment space. The large coffee table can accommodate folks for an excellent game of cards or ample snacks while watching your favorite show or movie!

Our fully stocked kitchen will have everything you’ll need during your stay. An attached laundry room with washer/dryer with additional storage is available as needed.

Turquoise Spanish tile invites you into one of two bathrooms. A large walk in shower awaits you in the second bathroom.

Dream away in the comfort of queen beds complete with blackout curtains in each bedroom, blocking either the evening sun or morning light.

French Doors will lead you to the BBQ grill. Enjoy the evenings outback or early morning coffee.

Additional amenities are available the community center. Guests have access to community pool and hot tub, and may participate in various activities offered. Additional fees may apply.

My wife and I had a quick 4 day stay and really enjoyed the home. The inside is like brand new and had everything we needed. The location was easy to get to and close to the things we needed. We sat in the backyard each morning and enjoyed the sun and even used the pickle ball courts that were part of the association. Highly recommended! We would stay again!

Land of the Sun for 3 months

We enjoyed the 2bedroom/2bath home w carport in this Senior Community. The heated pools and hot tub at 2 different locations on University St gave us a bonus activity. The newly updated interior was pleasant and easy to keep clean. Beds were comfortable with nice linens with good pillows and duvets. I was told that some timely updates on rugs plus others can only enhance the overall comfort. We come back again.

Prime location for many activities

I had a wonderful month-long stay, and this property met all of my needs. It is well-located for access to golf, hiking, and other outdoor activities. On rainy days there are many local museums to check out. The property was very comfortable and stocked with everything I needed to have an enjoyable vacation. I definitely recommend!

Cousins Stay at the Modern Farmhouse

My bed was so very comfortable. This was a working trip, so the bed was very important. I was there with my cousin working on an estate of a deceased relative, and we were exhausted most of the time. We were there a week, and we were at home om the Modern Farmhouse the entire stay. The proprietors provided basic kitchen items (plus)... and thankfully a coffee maker and a toaster. The water heater was a bit inconsistent, so sometimes it took awhile for the water to get hot. However, given outside temperatures, this was not a huge issue. I am not sure why it is called a Modern Farmhouse, because it is not a farmhouse and the decor really is not reminiscent of a farmhouse (at least to me). Overall, the accommodations were fabulous, because I cannot say enough about how I was able to sleep and rest in this place.
