Our apartment is located in the village of La Croix Valmer on the Saint Tropez.
- Apartment 3 rooms sea view and splendid hills + 1 extension (living room or sleeping) - 50 m² - 3rd and last floor of the country house, not overlooked. - about 3 km from the sea - Free shuttles from the center of the village to the beaches - large living room (living-dining room-kitchen) of 32 m2 with sofa bed 120x190 - 2 bedrooms of 12 and 10 m2 one with 140 * 190 bed and the other 160x200 (with separate mattresses and electric bed bases) - Dishwasher - bathroom with bathtub, washing machine - separate toilet - large terrace of 15 m2 accessible by the rooms and the stay. - The terrace offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the hills, the bay of Cavalaire and the Golden Islands. - Wifi internet connection - Telephone (excluding special and premium rate numbers) - Cable access TV channels. - Swimming pool from June to September - Reserved parking - Necessary for baby (cot, high chair, small dishes) - Pets allowed (under the responsibility of tenants)
The area has a large pool for residents from June to September (inclusive). La Croix Valmer is located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez in the south of Provence (about 15km from Saint Tropez). This is a very pretty village where you will find all the amenities: two bakers, two butchers, fruit and vegetable vendors, a fish shop, a tobacconist, a Spar supermarket, Petit Casino but also shops and restaurants with convivial terraces.
Every Sunday morning held a large Provencal market, and in high season there is also a night market on Thursday, right next to the bowling green. There are large supermarkets nearby (Cavalaire, Gassin and Cogolin). An amusement park and the mini golf courses, quad biking, paintball etc. are within 10km (La Foux). Besides the Polo field which organizes tournaments throughout the summer.
The area is green and hilly with pine trees, olive trees and vines. You will also enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches on a length of 10 km. The region enjoys a micro climate with 300 days of sunshine per year.
Rental conditions: - The rental runs from Saturday to Saturday 14 hours 10 hours - Not included in the price: tourist tax (2 € 20 / ps / day), electricity consumption to be paid locally and 50 € the end of rent for the household. - The provision included cleaning 4 hours cleaning and linen (sheets, towels, tea towels etc) with beds made up on arrival.

Nous sommes entrés dans les lieux grâce à une boîte à clefs.L'appartement est très bien équipé et Violaine est très réactive à la moindre demande.La vue sur la baie de Cavalaire et les îles d'OR est exceptionnelle.
La vue est vraiment magnifique
L appartement est très bien situé et est très confortable

Le plus est la piscine se situant à 50 mètres de l appartement et la climatisation très agréable pour se rafraichir
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement bien équipé, au calme mais à proximité (en voiture) du centre de La Croix Valmer. Vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée et les îles d’Hyeres. A recommander.
Nous avons séjourné en décembre. Habituellement, c'est très agréable en cette période, mais cette fois-ci, la météo n'était pas très clémente, si bien que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, qui est un des points forts de la location.
Pour l'appartement même, il est très agréable, car c'est un appartement de propriétaire, donc avec des aménagements de bonne qualité.
Enfin, la propriétaire tout comme la personne sur place gèrent avec beaucoup d'attention la location.

Traumhafte Lage weit oberhalb der Stadt
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das große Plus ist der Balkon, auf dem man einen Logenplatz über die Landschaft hat und bis spät in die Nacht die traumhafte Aussicht geniessen kann. Unten im Örtchen La Croix-Valmer sind alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden und in ca. 10 min erreicht man per Auto wunderschöne Naturstrände, die Anfang September nicht allzu überlaufen sind. Weiterhin empfiehlt sich ein Ausflug nach St-Tropez und über eine malerische wenn auch schmale Landstraße erreicht man das Kastaniendorf Corrobière, tief im Herzen des Massif des Maures, wo man Wandern und leckere Kastanienprodukte kaufen kann.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet
Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich sehr empfehlen. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und jeder Raum perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Es gibt alles was man benötigt ob in der Küche oder im Bad. Auch an Geschirr fehlt nichts. Alles in allem,sehr schön.
