This Disciples Ridge condo is located directly on the Boyne Mountain property and is perfect for a larger group coming to ski, bike, golf, or gather for a special event! Just a note, we also have another Disciples Ridge condo one building away.

This condo is loaded with amenities and is large enough to accommodate 1, 2, 3 or more families. A short walk takes you to the middle of Boyneland run and, from there, you can access the base of the mountain and all that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.

This well-appointed condo is nicely decorated and includes new living area furniture, a fireplace and lots of space for everyone. It sleeps 16 in beds and 18 with the sleeper sofa. This condo rents as a full unit and has 3 levels with 2 kitchens and 2 dens so there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities.

The main floor of this property includes two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom has two queens, the master has a king and the loft has two queens. The main level also has three full baths (the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub), den with sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen and a deck with patio set. The lower level of the condo is accessed via an internal stairwell as well as its own separate outside entrance. Two more bedrooms are in the lower level, one with a king and the other with two queens. One full bath, den and additional kitchen are also on this level. Stackable washer/dryer on this level of the condo.

Cozy Place in a Great Location

This condo was perfect for the large group we had. Having both a kitchen upstairs and down was a huge help when it came time to cook meals. The beds were comfy and clean. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a clean, accommodating place for a large group of friends or family.

Thank you for your review. We have 3 full unit Disciples Ridge condos in a row....great if you have a wedding and need to have families close by, family reunion, up for a tournament or conference. We hope to have you back for another stay.

Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the stay. I spoke to Nancy from the management company for couple of times and she very prompt in her response. Couple of suggestions or issues we faced not major ones- Patio was not clean. We have to. Clean the table and chairs with paper towels.- internet having issues and TV was not working. We want to enjoy time, one way it’s good.- Parking was not clear, without lanes people were using additional space that could have helped to park other cars. Two spaces were allocated and it was used randomly.

Large property fit our large family well

Our family stayed here at the end of January mainly for skiing/snowboarding . The property was large enough for our four different families to fit comfortably . The walk to the slope and main lodge was manageable however I would suggest if you have younger children that are skiing to bring a sled to transport skis/poles/boards . We made it work and took turns carrying their equipment though . The path to ski in/out was nice. We would love to stay here again

Had great time, a few comments to make stay better!

Loved it, great time but a few comments to make the stay a little better…not enough bath towels for 16 people. Needed to tell us a few things we didn’t know…bring toilet paper, not enough for 16 females!!! There were no potholders or hot pads in kitchen, nor were there any spatulas. Floors were a bit dirty (if bare feet, they were black on bottom), ceiling fan very dirty and several light bulbs were out, and outside grill was very very dirty. Upstairs fridge doesn’t seal, so everything in it had condensation and leaked water. Upstairs toaster didn’t work properly. Beds were great, fireplace was nice, bathrooms clean and very nice. Big enough to accommodate all 16 of us.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful location! A short walk to all activities the resort offers. Plenty to do for all ages. Condo was very comfortable and suited a group of three families well. Avalanche Bay was a huge hit and Deer Lake beach was so clean and perfect for small children. Only downside was spotty internet service even after we called property manager. Worked briefly. Maybe update some equipment?? Otherwise five stars!!!!

Girls Skiing Weekend

Worst Trip Ever

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was semi clean. There were bugs and only 1 tv had Netflix. Our last night we decided to use that room in the smelly basement area to watch tv as a family. My husband woke up the morning that we were leaving around 4:00 am with a bed bug biting him. We pulled the sheets back and saw several. The host Matt, still lies about it to this day and will not refund our money. Right is right and clearly this place does not value that. The weeds outside grew insane and trash was overflowing when we arrived. They’ve over for you to justify them if their property. How crazy is this. I’m on vacation not house sitting. There were stains on the rug in the middle layer of housing and the tables were sticky. The bathroom near the patio door was clogged before we got there. The ant traps in the kitchen did not help. They were all over the counters and small flies and insects were in the house. At least refund me my money for my things being damaged. Never visiting again and everyone knows if this.
