Summer Time at the Big-Lake Lodge on Lake Champlain
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The size of this home is perhaps its most unique benefit. Very few properties have the open space to host 14 guests without the property feeling `crowded`. This property is so large that at times guests may wonder where the kids went....and they are just upstairs in their game room having fun or playing pool.

1. Remove all food items from the fridge and freezer.
2. Take care of the trash.
3. Turn off all appliances.
4. Gather any dirty linen and place it in the bathroom.

Owned by a family looking for a place to make their own memories as their children grow up. This home has been designed to allow each person to have their own space while the open floor plan keeps everyone together for group events. Comfort and convenience have been the focus of the furnishings and staging. The master suite is set up to allow the occupants to enjoy their own private after-dinner glass of wine while sitting on their private deck and then to brew their coffee and relax as the sun comes up over the lake the next morning. This family wants their guests to enjoy the same memory-making opportunities at this lodge as they have experienced themselves.
Why they chose this property
This property was specifically selected because of it's location. The setting is private and wooded and allows the guests to feel as if they are in the heart of the Adirondack Park. The waterfront location on Lake Champlain allows the guest to have the best of both worlds - The Adirondack Park and Lake Champlain. Boating, sailing, paddling, jet skiing and swimming make those hot summer days pass quickly when it is too hot to hike those high peaks of the park. Why this property? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
