I can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Villa is on the 2nd Level , they are split down the middle this villa is located the the Right upstairs when looking at the home straight on, the Right 2 windows are the Ocean View

Parking also available, please inquire for availability
Most La and Orange Attractions are less than 30 minutes away.
5 mins to Ferry Port for cruises.
5 mins to Convention Center

I moved to Long Beach from the UK 18 years ago and I Haven't left yet. I love the California Lifestyle and the fact that you can be on the beach in the morning & ski in the afternoon if you want, I think is amazing.

Why they chose this property

I just love the Long Beach location, You can be In LA or Orange County so quickly its so in the middle, which is great for both business and fun. its so convenient. Also the people here are so diverse and friendly.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this home for the View and the Architecture and that you can walk to Second street & the Beach with shops & restaurants only 3 blocks away.
