Beautiful home near Topock Marina and the Historic route 66

Open air living room to kitchen. nice big master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom with spa tub.
Two bedrooms with full size beds. the other is an office/bedroom with a full and twin buck bed set up in it. second bathroom
has tub and shower. Has laundry room with washer and dryer. fenced yard. Very nice surrounding concrete patio and drive way.
There is a garage for a boat on the property
But only upon request will the garage be rented out. ( It is separate from the rental of the house price shown.)
WF-fi included
Electric fee for monthly rental (100.00 dollars )not included in monthly rent.

The house had plenty of space for my family of 4+ MIL and dog. It's very close to pirates cove, where we stayed for the days. Property is just like the pictures. Only minor complaint all the mattresses were too firm for our tastes.

We love this location whenever we come out to the river. House is big enough for all of us to be comfortable. House is clean and has plenty of amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Great for a family trip

River getaway

This property was very well maintained and cared for. It was in a nice location, plenty of parking and easy access to maneuver trailers in and out. You cannot use the driveway as there are people that need to access the garage but that was not a problem due to the ample space surrounding the driveway. It is definitely one of the nicer homes we’ve rented in Golden Shores. We will be back!

Our favorite little spot at Topock

We have been staying at this home in Topock for a number of years and we love it. It's quiet, comfortable and a close and easy drive to the marina and Pirates. Theres a small "mainstreet" close by with gas, supplies and even a couple small restaurants. Home is clean, spacious, well appointed, and AIR CONDITIONED! Only word of caution is that the temperature will take a full night to come down from the "away" setting of 85 degrees, as the registers are in the floor. Once it cools down, though, it has no problems maintaining temperature even in the high heat of mid-summer.

Spacious Property

We stayed at the property in January 2019. We were greeted upon our arrival by Michele and Spike, who are just super nice people and occasionally stay at another vacation home they have in the neighborhood. This is a spacious double wide which is very solid, as we were able to stay quite snug during a few days of high winds. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and soaking up the sun on nice days, since it has a good southern exposure. This also gave us an opportunity to meet some of our friendly, quirky neighbors who were also more than helpful The owners were more than willing to respond and fix a few issues we had with the location. They were very accommodating to our changing travel schedule. Thank you for a nice break from our cold winters, Michele and Spike.
