Southern Brittany, seaside; detached and independent house completely renovated in 2014 between the 2 rivers of Aven and Belon in the town of Riec sur Belon (town 6km) 2 minutes from the small port of Rosbras - 5 minutes from the Port of Belon -5 km from Pont Aven (city of painters). Located on a wooded and landscaped plot of 1200 m2 with 2 terraces (one shaded), calm and wooded environment without vis-à-vis (access by private road serving 4 houses set back from the road) - 3 bedrooms + 1 on the mezzanine (1 160 cm bed 2 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds) - new kitchen (dishwasher - oven - induction hob - fridge etc ...); 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets; washing machine, lounge, game room, TV, WIFI, 2 garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, etc. Ocean 2 km, fishing on foot or by line, coastal coastal path, 1/2 h from Lorient Quimper. Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday. Our friends pets are not allowed, no smoking inside

Hidden gem

We hadn't stayed in this part of Brittany before and the houses location made some wonderful places easy to visit. The house itself has everything you need , the garden areas very well kept with plenty of seating areas. Mickael gave us a warm welcome and a house tour ,the house was clean and presentable and was just a very calm and relaxed place to stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, I would highly recommend staying here .

A charming gite and a charming owner

We were greeted by Mickael who is a very charming man. His cottage was extremely well situated for exploring and there are beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The cottage was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The gite is in a very tranquil spot, with large garden and tables and chairs in both the front and back gardens. The most beautiful crêperie is just a few minutes WALK away. I would certainly recommend this holiday home to anyone who wants a perfect gite holiday. Mike and Gill Harris

Nous avons passé un sejour merveilleux. La maison est tres bien décorée et tres saine, on s'y sent très bien. Le jardin est magnifique et reposant. Tout est tres bein équipé. Le proprietaire est agreable, attentif et réactif ! L'emplacement nous a permis de rayonner entre Lorient a l'est jusqu'à la Pointe du Raz a l'ouest, c'était parfait.Quand aux canicules, la température a plafonné a 26 degrés.... tres agreable.En conclusion je recommande en tout point ! Allez y les yeux fermés, vous y serez extraordinairement bien !

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites à Riec-sur-Bélon avec nos deux enfants! La maison est impeccable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque. Tout est pensé pour le confort des adultes comme des enfants. Le jardin est grand, très agréable et parfait pour profiter des beaux jours, notamment avec le barbecue à disposition. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et toujours de bon conseil pour découvrir la région. L’accueil a été chaleureux et tout s’est déroulé sans le moindre souci. Une location idéale pour des vacances en toute sérénité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !Merci à Mickaël et sa femme.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus ist geräumig, top ausgestattet und hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Auto. Guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge.

Toller Ort für einen Bretagne-Urlaub

Zwei schöne Wochen

Ein schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Der Vermieter Mickaël war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Die beiden auf den Bildern gezeigten E-Bikes konnten wir für 100 € für zwei Wochen hinzubuchen. In der direkten Umgebung sind weitere Ferien-/Wohnhäuser, deren Bewohner aber weitgehend ruhig waren. Das exzessive Verbrennen von Gartenabfällen ist wohl ein normannisches und bretonisches Hobby… In Riec-sur-Belon (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf inklusive eines Carrefour. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Domizil!

Traumurlaub in der Bretagne zwischen Aven und Belon

Ein sehr gut gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderhübschen Ferienhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Die Küche ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man sich so wünschen kann von Toast, Kaffeemaschine, Kapselmaschine, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierschrank .... ausreichend Platz um auch zum Fünft um den Tisch zu sitzen. Ein traumhafter Garten mit tollen Pflanzen, schönen Liegestühlen, einem schönen sonnigen Essplatz. Vor dem Haus eine Terasse mit Clubsesseln.....und und und.....

Wunderbares Feriendomizil

Das Haus ist sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den sehr schönen Garten bei wunderbarem Wetter genossen, nachts konnte man bei fehlender Lichtverschmutzung einen grandiosen Sternenhimmel bestaunen, den ich so noch nie gesehen hatte.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wie im Portal beschrieben. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Garten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum kochen braucht. Die Absprachen für die Ankunft haben sehr gut geklappt und wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt (auch wenn der Empfang wegen der aktuellen COVID Situation nur mit Abstand ging). Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Bretagne-Urlaub

Unser Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab zur Begrüßung Cidre und selbstgemachte Marmelade. Wir haben uns in dem Haus und dem großen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war sehr gut, obwohl unser Französisch noch ausbaufähig ist. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Charmante maison fonctionnelle avec un très bel environnement. Excellent accueil avec petites attentions très agréables et petits plus fournis pour le quotidien. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour hormis la pluie mais là, Michael n’y est pour rien !
