**BEDROOMS**

The 1st bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king sized bed and smart TV to enjoy your favorite tv shows and movies; guests will also enjoy a private master bathroom. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Our 'Taylor Swift' inspired room comes with a smart TV as well. The modular couch can easily be turned into a bed that can sleep 2 guests.


**BATHROOM**

There are 4 full bathrooms in the unit fully stocked with all of the toiletries that you need in case you don’t want to bring your own.


**KITCHEN**

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and utensils you need to feel at home. The dining room table has seating for 8 guests. Please feel free to use our washer and dryer located in the dining area. It is stocked with detergent for our guests who plan to stay longer than a few days!

Amazing location! The property was so well decorated, very clean and our host was very quick to respond to questions! We loved that we each had our own bathroom as well! We did have a vehicle, so getting downtown was not an issue- would highly recommend!

A Nashville getaway

We fell in love with this complex! It was super accommodating with our family and everyone had their own space!! It’s a super close walk or drive to Kroger so we were able to have groceries and lots of appliances!! Would 100% recommend staying here!!

The property was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were lookng for! Clean, comfortable and enough space for 6 adults to stay. Each couple had their own bed and bath, worked out perfectly. The location was safe, close to neighborhood attractions. Too far to walk to and from Broadway, but very easy to Uber around everywhere! Highly recommend for a nice, clean, spacious place with 6 people.

We loved Nashville and the VRBO host(s) were amazing! Super helpful, very responsive to all our questions and they provided great suggestions. The condo is on a beautiful street with lots of amenities within walking distant and it was easy to uber to Broadway. The unit is light and bright with plenty of space to spread out and well stocked, we loved it!

Such a fun and place!

We had an early Christmas family gathering (ages 2, 16-50). The rental is furnished well and the kitchen is equipped with everything we need. The master bedroom bed is so incredibly comfortable!!The family liked all the bedrooms and the small details that added to the comfort of our stay. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. I would love to stay here again for our next family gathering. The hosts respond quickly and are proactive at providing the information we need. Highly recommend!

Very clean, easy to get to, easy to get in. Wish there had been laundry detergent provided and check out instructions placed more visible for us. Otherwise it was a great experience and would highly recommend. Had disabled brother with walker and vision issues with us and it was very accessible for him.
