Modern house in Reykjavik area, great location to see the Northern Lights

This house is located in a family friendly street / neighborhood in the capital area, only 15 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Only 2,5 km drive away from downtown Hafnarfjörður. Also easy to drive to Keflavik airport / Blue lagoon and the route to south of Iceland, Golden Circle, Vik etc.
Shopping is near by, Costo, Bonus, Fjörðurinn shopping mall in Hafnarfjörður etc.

Great location to see the Northern lights ( if the weather conditions are right of course ) ! From our balcony you have great view over the ocean and if the weather is good you see all the way to Snæfellsnes peninsula and glacier Snæfellsjökull. Also superb location to watch the fireworks if you stay over the New Years. Just few meter away is one of the best places to see the Northern lights in Iceland.

Our house is on two floors. You enter the house on the upper level, by the entrance we have one bathroom with toilet and shower and one bedroom with queen size bed. The open kitchen and living / dining room is also on the upper level. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. In the living room we have 42" TV with Playstation 4.
On the lower level you have bathroom with toilet and shower, also laundry room with washing machine and dryer. We have 3 bedrooms, one with King size bed, and one with King size / bed or two single beds, and the other with single bed. We can also bring additional single bed if needed.

We can provide baby crib and high chair for your children.

All the interior is top of the line and the lightning is superb.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

It's a very nice house in a nice neighbourhood.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
