This clean, modern, second-floor condo has an abundance of amenities and sleeps 4 (1 king and 1 queen bed). The condo features updated flooring, paint, countertops, appliances, fixtures and furniture for your comfort to go along with vaulted ceilings and skylights for an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and high-quality cookware/utensils. The living room features a 65in UHD TV, a Bluetooth sound bar, a comfortable sectional, a small seating area next to a wood burning fireplace, a stylish dining table, and pass-through bar to the kitchen (with barstools). The master bedroom includes a king-size Tuft & Needle Mint series mattress, a 50in UHD TV, an attached full bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a double-door entry, a queen-size Tuft & Needle mattress, a 55in UHD TV and a spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided along with extra blankets inside the ottoman for cozy winter nights. To maximize your comfort and convenience, the condo is thoughtfully equipped with central air-conditioning (a rarity in Prescott), electric baseboard heaters, fans, high-speed WIFI, games, full size washer/dryer, ironing board / iron, hairdryers, extra toiletries, umbrellas, Duraflame logs, sunscreen, bug spray and more! One on-site reserved parking spot is included along with open parking options in unnumbered spaces on a first-come first-served basis.

Please note: This is a smoke-free / pet-free property. There is a Ring Video Doorbell on the front porch to protect the condo when unoccupied and smoke/CO2 detectors throughout, but there are no other cameras or monitoring devices inside. The TV's are Smart TV's and have free Samsung channels along with popular apps for you to access your own subscriptions (no cable or satellite channels provided).

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this 2 bed/2 bath condo. It is spacious with lots of light, very comfortable beds (VERY!!!) and with plenty of room to relax, cook, eat, and decompress. We were impressed with the response time when we had a question about setting the a/c when we arrived. Everything was taken care of within minutes. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Parking was convenient. The decor of the condo is tasteful and comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels and comfortable bedding, plenty of games for the kids, TV's worked great and wifi was easy. I highly recommend this rental!

We loved this property! Updated and lovely. Quiet neighbors. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings with coffee and watching the various birds come to the neighbor’s feeder. And it is only walking distance to a great restaurant/brewery!

These owners do everything right: modern clean decor, new comfortable beds and bedding, plush towels, new kitchen appliances, informative notes, items for your convenience in bathrooms, plus snacks, wine, Keurig, big TVs. Perfect for 2 couples. Walking distance to Prescott's best brew pub (Lazy G's). Nice creekside trail direct to one of our favorite restaurants (El Gato Azul) and the main town square. If we have future multiple night stays in Prescott, this would be our first choice.

BEST VACATION RENTAL EXPERIENCE

My husband and I brought our daughter to Embry Riddle and stayed here for a week. The location is prime, close to Lazy G's and 12 minute walk to downtown. More than then just a great accommodation, the amenities took the cake. Check in was easy and communication was great. Will definitely be staying in Steve's rental again when visiting our daughter.

The condo is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Prescott is a very hilly city but the condo's location has a relatively flat walking route into town - less than 20 minutes leisurely walk. There is also an excellent brewpub just yards away!

Comfortable home away from home

We had a pleasant stay at the house. Good location, comfortable furniture, very well stocked kitchen. Outside furniture could use a little cleaning. Communication with the hosts was very easy. They came with fast replies, and solved a bathroom issue in a very professional manner.

Amazing Place!

This place is amazing, everything is new and the bed was comfortable. Both of us had work issues so we were able to get on our laptops at the table and with no issues. Internet was good, Cable TV was fun. We had the best time here, rented a UTV and went riding for a couple of days. Definitely will come back here if we return!
