VENCE - Villa La Cigale

Rental of a pretty and spacious 3-room holiday home decorated with care, located in a quiet area, close to the old villages of the Pays Vençois (Vence, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, Saint Jeannet, Cagnes .. .), 20 mins from the sea and 25 mins from Nice.

Facing south and very bright, the single storey house is composed of a large living room - dining room - open kitchen, 35 m2, 2 bedrooms of 12 m2, a large bathroom and separate toilet.
The house is surrounded by a pretty garden of 350 m2 with independent access and parking, which includes a sunny and quiet terrace, equipped with a dining area with barbecue and sun loungers ideal for relaxing.
The tenants have the entire house and the garden.

The area is residential, quiet and green. Pretty walks in the middle of nature are to be done in the woods of the Sine located 300 m away and superb hikes, horse riding or mountain biking in the Pré-Alpes d'Azur Natural Park 10 min by car.

Vence town center is around 2.5 km away. You will find everything you need there (many shops, restaurants, cinema, doctors, media library, municipal swimming pool ...) and can take advantage of the many activities and entertainment on offer (concerts, parties, discovery of the heritage including the magnificent Matisse Chapel, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Cathedral and the old town ...).

The owner lives in the neighboring house, but completely independent and not overlooked. She will therefore welcome you without constraint from 5 p.m., if necessary late in the evening.


Transport
At the end of the path where the house is located, the bus line 46 leads directly to the city center of Vence. It is however recommended to have a car to take full advantage of the Region.

Other remarks
During school holidays, the minimum stay is one week (except last minute availability), excluding 3-night holidays.

The basic products "first days" are available to you (sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, toilet paper, household products, etc ...).

Rules: The neighborhood is particularly quiet, tenants are asked to take care not to disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially in the evening and at night. Parties and parties are not allowed.
FROM 10 p.m .: COMPLETE SILENCE IN THE GARDEN.

Animals: see with the owner.

DEPOSIT: The deposit of 300 euros can be managed by the website or deposited by check at the entrance to the premises (returned on the day of departure if no deterioration is noted). Please inform the owner of your preference.

In terms of linen and cleaning, two options:

- if the tenant cannot bring the household linen (sheets - towels - tea towel), a "linen supply" package is offered for 10 euros per person.

- the house must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. If the tenant does not have the time (or the desire) to do the cleaning on the day of his departure, the cleaning fee is 30 euros.
