Villeneuve Loubet, in calm and reassured lotissement with swimming pool, restaurant, tennis, Ping Pong, small football ground, mini-market and pharmacy.

The house of 75m2 has 2 large terraces facing South and North with electric blinds garden furniture and barbecue / plancha.

Pets are allowed if watched.

Private parking just in front of the house.

Large air-conditioned living room, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom on one level.
On the floor of big done up roof spaces (40m2 approximately) with velux ideal for teenagers or children of minimum 8 years. (too dangerous for little ones because of the stairs)
Toilet and sink make this space independent of the rest of the house.

Washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso, fans, TV, cot for baby on request.

Villeneuve Loubet is a beautiful village with restaurants, bakery, butcher ... market on Wednesday and Saturday morning.
Animations throughout the summer (gourmet festivals, Festival of the Renaissance, musical evenings, night markets ...)
Beachfront Marina Baie des Anges 5 minutes drive, 20 minutes walk.

We really had a great holiday, loved the house with eveything in and on it! THe pool, the tenniscourt, everything close by. Corinne and Arno are lovely people so we would love to go again!!! :-)

Location confortable entre mer et montagne…

N ous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans la ravissante maison de Corinne, qui a été une hôtesse très disponible et attentionnée avant, pendant et après (lits faits, boissons fraîches dans le frigo, horaires d’arrivée et de départ à notre convenance, …). La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien pour faire la cuisine, l’air conditionné est le bienvenu par forte chaleur, même si les murs épais le rendent superflu dans la chambre du bas et le ventilateur brumisateur suffit pour la chambre mansardée. Les couchages sont confortables, il y a suffisamment de rangement pour toute notre famille de 5. La vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse au nord est magnifique, c’est très agréable d’y manger le soir au soleil couchant. La piscine du lotissement est propre et suffisamment grande. La maison est idéalement située à environ 5 km de la plage et à égale distance de Saint-Paul de Vence, les villages de Villeneuve-Loubet et la Colle sur Loup sont accessibles à pied, comme le casino et le cinéma du centre commercial du Polygone Riviera. Antibes et Nice sont tout proches en voiture. Nous reviendrons assurément pour visiter le reste de la région ! Un grand merci à Corinne et son fils pour nous avoir donné le privilège de vivre chez eux, une caresse au chat Pipo qui nous a adopté sans difficulté.

J'ai laissé les clés, mes plantes et pipo sereinement.. et retrouvé une maison impeccable alors que le ménage était compris.. Une belle famille que je recommande vivement. Au plaisir de vous revoir un jour puisque vous avez apprécié notre region...et merci pour les bières :) Corinne, Arno et pipo..

Gute Lage um die Städte Cannes , Nizza , Monaco , San Tropez zu besuchen

Freundliche , nette , hilfsbereite Vermittlerin . Gute Ferienwohnung in ruhiger , bewachter Lage , mit Parkplatz vor der Tür . Der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß und sauber . Bis zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren . Kiesstrand mit türkisfarben , sauberen Wasser . Waren zufrieden , gelungener Urlaub .
