3 airconditioned rooms with closet wardrobes and each with their own bathroom, 2 with shower, 1 bath with shower and toilet.
The land, fully enclosed, has a private parking for 3-4 cars side entrance.
The house opens onto the garden terrace equipped with a table and chairs in teak with large parasol where you can dine.
Below, the swimming pool, 7x4m, illuminated, protected by a fence, is surrounded with a beautiful wooden terrace where it is good to rest on garden sofas or chairs.
A small shed, which houses the pool filtration, you will also be stored outdoor bicycles and accessories. BBQ and outdoor plancha.
Quiet, not overlooked, this villa is located a few minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the mountain.
The house has three bedrooms: 2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds. A cot is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking.
You will also have an iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
Sheets, towels for 6 people and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the service during the high season.
