Come enjoy this brand new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!
The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.
There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

The property is beautiful! Great Italian restaurant just doors away. Convenient small grocery across the street. Walking distance to other eateries and so close to the hub of historic venues.
This is a very nice apartment that is walking distance from your main roads like King St and the downtown area. We did have a young child, so we probably spent more time in the apartment than most and wished for a little more lounge/comfortable furniture. You can hear everything between the walls, upstairs, and outside. So again with young children and value of sleep is something to consider. Apartment was clean, the staff was helpful when needed, and overall experience was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
Great central location in Charleston. We had a pre taste of the Italian restaurant on the corner - Alora which will open on 1st October, definitely worth a visit
Check in and check out instructions were clear. Location of condo was great. Parking was convenient. Unit was clean and updated. TV instructions need updating but that is very minor. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and host!
Beautiful, clean, exactly like photos. Get the parking pass as street parking difficult. Rental company is outstanding with communication, response times are quick. We were able to walk to nearby shopping and dining but too far to walk to the city market.
The Sanctuary offered my family a comfortable place to gather between the beautiful tours and wonderful restaurants of Charleston. The neighborhood avoids the bustle of King Street but offers plenty of great restaurants (we liked Southbound, Fuel, and Estudio) within walking distance.
