Large terrace of 150 m2 south facing pool area very pleasant with a lovely view of the vineyards and surrounding hills. Private pool (9 x4 protected by alarm) .Terrain ended 50 m2 with swings, bowls and shelter for 2 cars. Garage closed for bicycles and motorcycles. Summer kitchen (fridge, stove and dish washer).
4 bedrooms (3 beds in 160 + 1 dormitory with 3 beds 90) .Draps and towels included. Living / dining room / kitchen with 9 seats. Laundry (washing machine and dryer) HVAC. Garden Lounge. 4 chairs + 2 beds. Barbecue with table for 10 people.
