As soon as you enter this Gulf-front three-bedroom, you’ll be wowed by the views of emerald waves through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders. Light, bright, and open, the living room is incredibly inviting. Gather on the comfy sofa with a chaise for a movie on the large flatscreen TV, curl up on an accent chair with your favorite book, and simply enjoy time with your family amidst breathtaking Gulf views.

Just beyond the living room is the open kitchen. With a spacious layout, expansive granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge breakfast bar where up to four of your favorite people can keep you company, you won’t even mind cooking. There is also a separate wet bar with an ice maker and assorted glassware to inspire your family’s bartender. A table for four sits under an elegant chandelier in the beautifully furnished dining room, where views of the Gulf serve as the backdrop for leisurely meals and family game nights.

When you just want to relax after a busy day on the Gulf, retreat to one of three welcoming bedrooms, each with crisp white linens, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The primary ensuite even has a separate jetted soaking tub, the ultimate luxury. A fourth full bathroom and a washer/dryer make this home perfect for families of up to eight.

Outside, your private balcony awaits. Enjoy your morning coffee at the bistro table for four and be on the lookout for dolphins in the emerald waves. After days spent playing in the surf and splashing in the Gulf-front pools, dine al fresco on your balcony with the most spectacular backdrop there is.
