very well located, close to several bus lines and the metro train. the apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated with a well enough stocked kitchen, bathroom space for several people, outdoor space for dining and just enjoying the view and the sounds. like the apartment very much and would highly recommend for a small group.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Had everything we needed to make our stay stress free. Great location, nice city with friendly locals in a safe neighborhood. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and market nearby. Away from busy, tourist crowd but only about easy 10min walk to train station to get you around Rome. Host was great, easily accessible and responds right away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience staying at this home. Communication with the hosts was stellar (very prompt response time and respectful). The apt was exactly as advertised and in good condition. The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet, and only about 15 min walk to the metro station. Check-in and out was smooth and painless. There is a gelato shop, pharmacy, grocery store, and several cafes within a one block radius. There is a nice laundromat about 7 min walk away that provides complimentary detergent. The mattresses were quite comfortable and the apt was spacious (perfect size for 3 adults and a toddler). We enjoyed hanging out on the veranda in the evenings, but be prepared with bug spray to ward off mosquitoes. Kitchen was great and equipped with basic amenities (no dishwasher/oven) and we made good use of the nespresso. We didn’t have any complaints with the apt, but visitors should be aware that the shower in the MBR is a bit narrow (2.5x5 ft?). We managed just fine, but I can see it being claustrophobic for larger persons. The shower in the second bathroom is huge though. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it! We would definitely stay here again if we ever revisit the area. Monica and Fabrizio were extremely gracious and set a very high bar as superhosts!

Host was awesome. Very friendly and responsive any questions or issues we had she got right on them. The house was so cute and perfect for our family. The only downfall was it was further away from where we spent most of our time so that was a pain, but we decided that the main areas were really crowded so it was probably better that we had a quieter area to go home to at night

The apartment was just wonderful. It’s located in a non-touristy part of Rome. There is a really wonderful wine shop next door to the apartment. All of the restaurants we tried in the neighborhood were great. It was very convenient from two different metro stops. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and the check-in and check-out process was simple and well organized. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Rome. I would definitely chose to stay here again.

We found this apartment to have everything we needed. It was larger than we realized it would be and had beautiful natural light! We have family who live in this neighborhood and we will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Roomy and clean

Our family enjoyed staying here while in Rome, there was plenty of space and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed while we stayed,. A grocery store very close, a great bakery but the best was having the gelato store across the street! It was a bit of a distance to the sites of Rome but the bus stop is close and we figured that out, Thank you ! We would stay here again if in Rome.

Good place for a family stay

we were seven people of different ages. there are two double beds and three single beds. apartment and kitchen well equipped. veranda with a large table, you can eat breakfast there outdoors. quiet neighborhood, close to a market, bakery and pizza. 12 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to the bus.
