I love hosting guests and putting on tea parties for friends. I have always wanted to have a Bed and Breakfast, so I guess this is one step closer to realizing that dream.

Why they chose this property

I love the open space between our homes in my neighborhood, allowing for a more "rural" feel than the crammed city and suburban neighborhoods. I love the open space at the end of the neighborhood for walking. The park is a great area for families. Great hiking trails are close by. I love hiking at Homestead Ranch Park. This neighborhood provides easy access to get to all the fun sights that Colorado Springs offers - Cheyenne Zoo, Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Peterson Air Force Base, UCCS, downtown Colorado Springs shopping and restaurants.
