A new walk-in tiled shower has been installed in the master bathroom in October, 2025. Here is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath , condo at South Seas Northwest, Tower 4, #1408. The sunset pictures were taken from the condo balcony. It has a year round sunset view from the balcony. Basically I have replaced everything in this condo in the last 3 years. The large master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen and single size bed. So two couples can easily stay with a king, and a queen size bed, and they would each have there own bathrooms. There are two full bathrooms, the guest bath is right across the hall from the bedroom. The Master bedroom suite has a room off to the side with the vanity and sink and closet. There is a separate room from the toilet and tub/shower. There are three TV's with approx 100 channels and DVD players. There are 3 sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, one off the living room, and one from each bedroom. The large balcony faces to the north, and to the west with beautiful ocean, beach and sunset views. There is also a queen size sofa pullout sleeper and a pack and play sleeper for an infant. The remodeled kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and cabinets. Also new are the cabinets, granite counter tops, both in the kitchen and the bathroom vanities. The unit has new tile throughout, so no need to worry about allergens or dirty or smelly carpet. There is also a workout room, shuffleboard, tennis, a putting green, and pickle ball courts for you to use at no extra cost. I also have another condo at SSNW, VRBO number 1079578.
This condo building was designed with a laundry room on each floor, it is close by the condo. These are very clean and nice with new speed queen machines in them. It costs about $3.00 to wash and dry a load of laundry.
The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach cart, and a variety of beach toys.
Please be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles.
There is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. This is for one vehicle, additional vehicles will also need to pay this fee.
The owner will not be held responsible for any accidents that happen while in the condo. VRBO does offer 1 million dollars worth of liability insurance with all rentals.

Our host was able to give us so much information about our stay and the checking in/out process. Everything was detailed and outlined and we were very satisfied with our stay
We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was easy to navigate. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable as well. They also supplied all the beach equipment needed. We of course have our own but it was nice to have a few extra things. we’d love to stay again!
We stayed here March29-April 5 and had a fantastic week ! This condo was wonderful ! We found it very clean and comfortable. The view of Tigertail beach from the large balcony was amazing , a great way to start the day. The owner was very informative and check in was easy .

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit in Tower 4. Wonderful stay!! Amazing sunset views from the 14th floor. Would definitely stay again. Frank was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. The walk to the beach is a haul so be prepared. We did this one time and then drove a mile south to one of the public beach access points. The pool was very large and heated - nice!!The tennis and pickleball courts are an added bonus!
We love staying at the South Seas, and this location (Tower 4) is our fav. Looking over the Lagoon (and the ocean) is full of birdlife, sunsets, and even rainbows. Spacious condo with comfy furniture and huge balcony. Working with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. Will stay here again!

I loved the unique and picturesque view of Tigertail Beach, as well as the beautiful amenities, such as the grounds next to Tigertail Beach and the large, heated pool. The fitness center is also modern and well equipped, and we also appreciated the easy parking and/or walk to great dining options.
This condo is spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with lots of fun treasures to enhance our trips to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and location!
Beautiful area and spectacular sunsets. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the beach, but we knew that ahead of time. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler were greatly appreciated since we flew and couldn't bring our own. Beach towels were even included. Condo was clean. Could have used a few more cooking items, but we managed. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely return in the future.
This condo is in a great part of the complex, convenient off the elevator, views of the sunset ( in the spring) and the ocean goes for miles.
Unit could use some updated furnishings and paint. They were all in good condition just dated style and color.

Frank was very responsive and informative. There was a planned power outage that he let us know about in advance which we very much appreciated. We ended up calling him a few times for verification of things and he was very helpful.Very friendly people and an amazing pool! Tracy, working down by the pool was very friendly with everyone and also worked along with Frank in the condo.Furniture in the living room not very comfortable and the beds made crunching noises when you rolled over.
Frank was an excellent host, very responsive and gave tons of info about the unit, condo community and Marco island which was extremely helpful as first timers to the island. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing time with family. The walk to the beach is longer than expected but was manageable with the provided wagon. Only recommendation is to bring bug spray and avoid beach at night as the “no see ums” were particularly bad.
This property is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The property was spotless. The staff in the building, at the pools, tennis courts, etc are friendly and the whole complex of buildings is very well maintained. Check in was easy. The beach is lovely and the owner provides everything you need for the beach from toys to chairs and umbrellas to a really handy cart since it is a long walk to the water. But, the balcony is the star with a beautiful view. The owner is clear and responsive and the apartment is nicely decorated for a relaxed beach stay. Public grills are available and we used them often. We would certainly rent again at this property.
Condo had beautiful view out over the water. Kitchen stocked with what we needed to cook.... Toaster, blender, coffee makers, strainer, knives. Was great to have starter supplies like soap,, plastic bags. On 14th floor. Loved sitting in the blacking. It is a bit of a walk to the beach which i enjoyed but others manit we drive to restaurants but there are a couple you could walk to. Only thing I missed was swimming in the evening. Pool closed at 6pm. Water was warm and enjoyed having pool but didn't get to use it much. Very clean apt also.

Why they chose this property
The inside has been renovated in November of 2018, all new interior space, counter tops, bathrooms, beds, and furniture. The condo can sleep up to 6, with 5 on the three beds, that includes a king size bed, a queen size bed, a single bed, a queen size sofa pull out sleeper, and an infant pack and play. There are 3 TV's, one in each bedroom, and one in the living area with about 100 channels. A Marco vacation has some BIG advantages over Mexico, excellent medical services, and a large new state of the art hospital. This is a gated complex, with direct entry to the beach, the beaches are generally not crowded. The warm ocean waters are good for swimming in year round. This is also probably a shorter flight, the International Air Port in Fort Meyers (RSW) is only an hour from the condo complex.
According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Marco Island has the lowest crime rate of any city in Florida. As Florida’s safest city in 2020, Marco Island, a barrier island in Southwest Florida with a violent crime rate of 0 making it the safest city in Florida.
