This cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath beach house is located just one block from the beach in a quiet South Kihei neighborhood. Start your mornings with a walk along the shoreline or a surf lesson, then return in the evening to watch Maui's spectacular sunsets - a short stroll away.

Designed for guests looking to experience the laid-back lifestyle of Maui, our home is ideal for vacations, or extended stays.

The main house includes a private attached living space where we, the owners, reside. A separate cottage at the rear of the property is occupied by other guests. Each space has its own private entrance and outdoor area.

Leave the car behind and enjoy a 10–15 minute walk to Kalama Park, Cove Park, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, shopping, and other local favorites.

When requesting a reservation, please include the first and last name and age of each guest, along with your flight arrival time.

We respect our guests' privacy while remaining available if you need anything. Messaging is the best way to reach us during your stay.

Please review these important policies before booking:

• Check-in is available until 9:00 PM only. Guests arriving after 9:00 PM must stay elsewhere for the night and check in the following day. (We recommend flights landing by 7:30 PM or earlier.)

• Maui County regulations require the first and last name and age of every guest before arrival, along with agreement to the house policies. Licensed occupancy: maximum 4 guests.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors are not allowed.

• Children 10 years and older are welcome. The property is not child-proofed and is not suitable for younger children due to steps, tripping hazards, and the shared driveway.

• The person making the reservation must be staying at the property. Third-party bookings or subletting are not permitted unless approved in advance or booked through a company account.

*There is not an outdoor BBQ grill or use of grill on site.

*There is an outdoor security camera that monitors the driveway/entrance to the property. It does not monitor any private spaces.
