Fully fenced private back yard with state of the art 15' long, 8' wide and 5' deep HEATED Swim Spa and hot tub. Enjoy year-round swimming, and massage therapy, day and night.

The Swim Spa creates currents for swimming, heats the water to 104F, and has numerous jets for massage therapy.

Backyard has a large fire pit, swinging 2-person chair, large hammock, and tree swing.

Relax and unwind in a tranquil home on a quarter-acre lot with 5 large pecan trees to provide shade, and snacks for the squirrels and birds.

Huge modern master bath with granite counters, and porcelain tile. Kitchen with quartz counters and large format porcelain tile, with a gas oven and stove top.

To minimize allergens, entire house floor is either hardwood, or stone tile.

Each room has a smart TV and strong WIFI throughout the house. Living room has a big screen tied to a Bose surround sound.

Amazing neighbors who are kind and very friendly. Safe neighborhood, not a lot of car traffic, so it's quiet.

To reduce our carbon footprint, our electricity comes entirely from RENEWABLE ENERGY!

An Absolute Blessing

Shok and Angela are truly amazing. Them and their property have been an absolute blessing. I had water damage in my house and needed to leave for repairs with my 4 children and pets. Shok and Angela opened up their vrbo to all of us. My children don’t want to leave. The house is exactly as pictured. It is beautiful. The backyard and neighborhood is very peaceful. Shok and Angela are so attentive and friendly. They have blessed us so much through these months by their kindness and concern. The house is perfect. I wish I had the perfect words to describe them and the house. All I can say is I feel so blessed meeting them and staying here. I recommend this house to anyone. It truly is a home away from home.

Great place to stay close to the stadium

If you are going to a game at ATT Stadium or simply have a trip to Arlington, consider staying here. The place was very clean and the booking was extremely easy.

This was a great home for our Cowboys Football weekend! Shok was so easy to work with and my family all had a great weekend! We had four adult couples in the house and had plenty of room and everyone was comfortable! We would definitely stay here again if coming into town for a game!

We traveled to Dallas for a speech and debate tournament at DBU. It lasted for a week and we needed a place to stay and be able to get to easily for our downtime in the schedule. This was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out, full kitchen to save money on meals, and only about 20 minutes from DBU. The place was clean and had everything we need. We'd highly recommend.

We arrived in Texas very early and Shok let us in the property as soon as we got there instead of making us wait until normal check in time which we really appreciated. House is in Historical District at the center of the city, with very quick access to sports, shopping, higher education, and entertainment. The road that comes to the house is hidden away, which gives it shelter from main street traffic and noise...it's very peaceful. Very safe neighborhood, my neighbors are wonderful, and a great sense of togetherness.

What makes this property unique

Hand-Refinished thick mid-century hardwood floors, and beautifully designed inside and out. The bushes in the backyard provide good privacy and block sound. Very quiet neighbors, lots of birds chirping, mature trees make it very easy to forget that the house is in the middle of the city.

This house has a lot vintage artifacts, which is very fun to look through...1950s year books, tiny spoons from all over the world, lighthouses from all over the country, WWII memorabilia, and lots of beautiful books...just to name some.
