The cottage 3 Musketeers is a family house renovated 220 m2.

It has 5 comfortable rooms including:
2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm X200
3 bedrooms with bed 140x200 cm, one with a relaxation of electric bed
The rooms are equipped with duvets and pillows. Depending on your needs we can provide sheets and towels (additional fee).
This house has 2 bathrooms (WC), a bathroom with a spa bath and a separate toilet.
All baby equipment (crib, high chair, changing table, bathtub) available.

An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven) allows you to prepare delicious meals.
Living / dining room with exposed stonework and beams offers a rustic setting to share unforgettable moments. You will have a subscription to the satellite (Canal +, Canal satellite) and Internet subscription wifi.
Music lovers can play music tunes on the piano.

Parfait

Logement très bien équipé, fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons tous passé d’excellentes vacances dans ce gîte. La piscine chauffée a 28 degrés est idéal, même pour les plus frileux. Je recommande ce gîte sans hésitation.

Maison calme à quelques minutes de Rouffignac en voiture, très bien équipée, piscine chauffée à 28°. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter les sites très connus du Périgord. Location à recommander

Jolie location

Maison bien entretenue et propre, isolée pour ceux qui cherche du calme. La piscine est très agréable. La climatisation est un vrai plus en cas de forte chaleur.

What a wonderful relaxing place!

As the title says what a fantastically relaxing place! We had such a lovely time here, the photos of the house don’t do it justice. We were staying with friends of ours here and there was plenty space. There’s a nice bbq and seating area outside which we used every night. We took our 4 month old baby and there was all the equipment you would need, changing table, baby bath etc. It was very quiet but close to a small village where there was a supermarket so very convenient. The hosts were so nice and accommodating when checking in/out. We had fantastic weather, sunny and 30 degrees all week so we were very grateful for the pool, which has lots of loungers round. All in all an absolutely wonderful stay, we will come back and visit again!

TOP SEJOUR

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques dans la maison (bien soignée). La cuisine est bien équipée. Chambres, draps et serviettes très propres. (Manque de moustiquaire pour les fenêtres). La piscine est bien entretenue. 2 parasols supplémentaires pour la piscine auraient été les bienvenus, mais c'est personnellement, nous préférons de l'ombre en dehors de la piscine. Manon est une dame très gentille et fait tout le nécessaire pour résoudre un problème. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances! Merci pour le bon acceuil!

Bon séjour familial dans une maison agréable et confortable

La maison est confortable et bien équipée. La piscine est propice aux jeux mais aussi à la natation grâce à ses dimensions, bien sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge. L'accueil est bon, le book d'inventaire bien fait.

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables.La maison est grande donc chacun d'entre nous avait son coin nuit. La piscine est parfaitement sécurisée et chaude Le lieu est au centre d'une région touristique et proche des commerces : parfait pour le pain frais du matin.... La propriétaire peut être jointe s'il y a un problème. Nous envisageons d'y revenir pour nos prochaines vacances

Superbe location pour 3 familles.

Très belle location. Piscine bien chauffée très appréciée par les petits et les grands. Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée. Au calme dans la campagne tout en profitant du village avec toutes les commodités à 2,5 kms. Nous avons été accueillis par Manon, très agréable et à notre écoute. Sans hésiter, nous donnons 5 étoiles à cette location.

Trés bien

Agréable séjour en famille avec un emplacement parfaitement situé au centre des multiples découvertes de la région. Rouffignac à proximité dispose de tous les commerces et services utiles. Le logement est récent parfaitement sécurisé (surtout la piscine avec 2 petits en bas âge). On a particulièrement apprécié le volume de l'habitation et les multiples équipements sanitaires à proximité de toues les chambres. La proximité de la route n'est pas une gène. la sortie du gîte en voiture doit être cependant très prudente.

Dit huis is zeer aangenaam, proper, pas gerenoveerd. De ligging is ook optimaal, dicht bij allerlei bezienswaardigheden in de streek. En de verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijk en professioneel Een aanrader voor mensen met kindjes

Séjour parfait au calme

Séjour parfait, coin très tranquille tout en étant à proximité du village et des commerces. La région est très propice aux visites pour les amateurs de préhistoire et d'histoire. Nombreuses promenades à faire dans les champs et les bois. Le Périgord = riche cuisine du terroir, donc parfait pour les amateurs de cuisine simple mais goûteuse. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour de leurs locataires. En résumé, à conseiller pour les amateurs de calme, de cuisine du terroir et de tourisme culturel.

Superbe location rénovée avec goût et beaucoup de soins

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison en campagne ! Cà fait un bien fou de pouvoir se retrouver entre amis et de profiter à la fois de la vue et du calme de cette vallée isolée. Bravo pour l'aménagement des pièces à l'intérieur, tout est confortable, de bonne qualité et il ne manque rien. On ne s'est pas marché dessus (3 SDB, 5 chambres) et tout était très propre. L'extérieur n'est pas en reste, soirée sympa sur la terrasse. Parasols, transats, plancha, jeux à disposition. La piscine est un gros + : température et filtration au top avec le système en place. Rien à redire, et quelle ambiance en nocturne avec l'éclairage intégré... Echanges simples, cordiaux et accueil sympathique avec les propriétaires ainsi que la personne qui à géré la remise des clés et l'état des lieux. Bref que du bon. Nous vous conseillerons autour de nous. Continuez comme çà ! Vous avez faits des heureux ce wkd end et on ne sera certainement pas les derniers. A bientôt peut être...

Superbe rénovation au cœur du Perigord !

Belle maison typique idéalement située entre Sarlat et Perigueux, tout juste rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Très jolie vue. Proximité de la route peu gênante. Accueil agréable des propriétaires. Cuisine un peu petite pour nous qui aimions beaucoup cuisiner (région gastronomique oblige!) Jolie piscine quoique un peu froide... sans doute en raison du vent que nous avons eu la première semaine. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour en Dordogne, région qui ne manque pas de charme !
