Gorgeous Luxury Deer Valley Mansion Sleeps 30+!

In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

Please come retreat from the world at your own private sanctuary.

Welcome to this gorgeous Deer Valley home! Your stay will be amazing and you will want to come back again and again. 10 luxury bedroom suites with private bathrooms, there are and additional 1.5 common area bathrooms a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, room to park 7 vehicles and beautiful Park City Valley mountain views. Additional amenities include a home gym, full theater/game room setup.

This property is located just a few minutes drive from Park City Main St. where you can enjoy the best shopping, dining and nightlife Park City has to offer.

Looking to catch the first chair at one of our world class ski resorts? This property is a 5 minute drive from the lifts at Deer Valley Ski Resort or Park City Mountain Resort.

Due to recent large parties and noise infractions we now have the following house rules in place. By booking this home you acknowledge agreement with and adherence to the following house rules:

1. You will only have 7 vehicles at the home.
2. You will not park on the road. You will only park in the driveway or in the garage.
3. You will not produce any loud outside noise after 9 PM. This includes coming home late at night, being outside on the deck or patio etc...

The above rules are not hard to follow. And if followed you will have a wonderful stay, enjoy your vacation, enjoy the neighborhood and have no problems.

If you any of the above rules are broken your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit.

We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay.

If you aren't 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please do not book this home! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home.

Very spacious with 16 coworkers in the house. The house was an absolute hit! Everyone loved it, and absolutely perfect location for Park City and Deer Valley! Highly recommend.

As part of our pre-service, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of Paper Towels for the Kitchen. The home is perfect in a quiet Deer Valley neighborhood. The countless bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone in our group extra comfortable. The decor is amazing! The games and TV areas were perfect for different age groups. Highly, highly recommended!!!

This is the coolest house we have ever stayed in. The game room downstairs was a huge hit, I love that it has a gym, and it was really well stocked with everything we needed. Management was easy to talk to and always available. This home was the center of our fantastic vacation!

Spacious home

This house is really beautiful. It's very clean and very well decorated, we really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen and living room are huge giving us plenty of space to hang out as a family without feeling on top of each other. We had a great time!

The BEST in Deer Valley!

The house was immaculate and so beautifully decorated! Large enough for us all to spread out with perfectly designed open gathering areas for our meals and games/discussions! The property manager, Cory, was really great and made sure things were just right! We'll be back soon!!!

We are a family of fellow travelers. We stay in vacation rentals all over the US and sometimes outside of the US. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of our own guests. When you are happy we are happy! We love the live in the Park City, UT area. There is nowhere better in our opinion. The skiing, mountain biking, community events, concerts, restaurants, people, hiking, etc.. are unparalleled! And the fact that you can get to Park City so quickly through the Salt Lake City international airport is incredible. We are only 30 minutes away! It's incredible!

Why they chose this property

We just finished this property in July of 2021. It's gorgeous and has amazing views and is set in an amazing neighborhood. We are just a few minutes drive to the base of Deer Valley Mountain where you can enjoy year around action. There is so much to do in every season. Just ping me and I"ll send you a list.

We are about 5 minutes away from Old Town Park City and Park City Mountain. So you are right in the action. The home is gorgeous. The views are incredible. You are close to everything and we sleep 30! What's not to love!
