Nice Studio for rent in a Residence located in a quiet area on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmádena Costa, very close to Puerto Marina and Carihuela. It consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with great views of the sea, and everything you need for guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Air conditioner.
Ideal for 2 people max. Four.
The studio is located in an elegant complex with swimming pools, gardens and community parking, a living room with a ping pong table and a small library.
Good communications, supermarket a few meters, shops, restaurants and leisure areas very close. The airport a few kilometers.
It is also rented for a long period (5-6 months).
Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment as they found it.

Lovely little studio, with all the amenities needed. The place was clean and tidy, for a good price. Bonus, great balcony, where you could watch the most amazing sunrises.Communication with Donatella was easy and quick. I’ll come back, that’s for sure!

Super hôte accueillante et d'une grande disponibilité

Nous avons séjourné à quatre dans ce petit studio, où tout est mis à disposition pour qu'on s'y sente bien Donatella est une hôte formidable qui a à cœur de nous faire passer de belles vacances. Le studio est équipé de tout le nécessaire. La vue de l'appartement est spectaculaire. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied, comme la mer le véhicule est donc une option. La résidence est propre et sécurisée tout comme la piscine. Nous remercions encore Donatella pour ce merveilleux séjour qui s'est adaptée à nos horaires d'avion avec une arrivée très tardive le soir.

Desde el primer momento, la cercanía y buen trato ha estado presente. Una comunicación fluida todo el tiempo y gran facilidad de organización. El apartamento está cerca de prácticamente todo en la costa del Sol, todo muy limpio y completo,y es un lugar muy tranquilo,cosa que es de agradecer. La piscina es bastante grande y es perfecto para desconectar con la familia y niños. Sin duda volvería a repetir!
