DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Branch & Thistle is located right between the 3 most popular neighborhoods in Bend - Newport neighborhood, Galveston and Downtown Bend just You may park your car and just walk your entire stay.
Only one block from 10 Barrel on Galveston and a 'stones throw' to downtown Bend. Enjoy this sweet cabin abode in the heart of Bend! Rustic modern charms all around...this home has been renewed from tip to tail. An easy 1 block walk to all the deliciousness on Galveston Avenue, this is an amazing quiet location in the heart of Bend. Coming for a concert? The amphitheater and river are nearby too. Grab a bike share on Galveston and roll even farther afield if you are feeling adventurous!

HEATING AND COOLING
The Branch & Thistle is perfect for curling up or cooling off! Two wall mounted mini split units in the home provide lots of heat and A/C. The 2 units are located n the main living area/kitchen and the other is in the master bedroom. We'll provide extra fans if you'd like a cool breeze at night. Snuggle up in front of the thermostat controlled gas fireplace on a snowy afternoon for the perfect nap. There are cadet heaters also located in the home and the 2 additional bedrooms to make sure everyone is comfortable for sleeping time.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This home is completely re-crafted featuring 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and easy outdoor access to the salt water hot tub. This home sleeps 6 comfortably. Super comfy bedding and fluffy white towels will be waiting for you. We can push the twin beds together for you if you like, please request ahead of time when you reserve!

OUTDOOR SPACES, SALT WATER HOT TUB, PING PONG TABLE
Lounging outside is so easy. Grab a good book or a good friend and whittle away the hours catching up and making memories! Your home is on a spacious corner lot just a couple blocks from all the fun on Galveston Avenue. Outdoor table and seating for 6 makes a quick take out meals and BBQ a snap. The salt water hot tub is located on the master bedroom deck. From the master bedroom, simply open the sliding door and you have hot water and another perfect seating area for a snack, a good book or a chat with a friend. The salt water hot tub is also accessible via the yard and front door for everyone else in the home. We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the hot tub after 10pm.

A ping pong table in the garage gives big and little kids activity options. An impromptu ping pong tournaments will only add to the fun! There is a small radiant heater panel in the garage, but keep in mind that this is a garage space and will heat/cool with the outdoor temp.

KITCHEN AND DINING
This modern kitchen and dining area is ideal for creating memorable meals. You'll enjoy gas cooking in this chef-ready kitchen complete with vintage camp mugs and tiny mod microwave. A natural gathering place, the open dining area is seamless with the kitchen and living room. You'll have all the dishes, utensils, tools, pots and pans to serve 6.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and absolutely adorable. Please remember to respect all our neighbors during your stay and observe all Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Park your car and get ready to explore! Within a one-minute walk, you can reach the Galveston street shops, restaurants, breweries and food cart lot. Many Bend favorites are just a block or so from your front door including 10 Barrel Brewing, Ariana's, The Victorian Cafe and Sip Wine Bar. Downtown destinations are about a 15 minute walk, 4 minute cruiser ride. You can literally park your car in the driveway for your entire vacation.
