There's a big front porch for sipping morning coffee and an enclosed backyard with a private hot tub, firepit, and gas grill - perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy a superb location just a short bike ride or 15 minute walk to all of Bend's downtown attractions.

Inside, you'll be greeted with hardwood flooring, tall ceilings, and an array of comfortable furniture for relaxing. A gas fireplace gives the room a cozy ambiance and a cable TV with a DVD player is great for movie nights. Throughout the home, you'll find books to peruse and board games to play. Whip up favorite recipes in the full kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a gas range, and a large center island with seating. Find more dining space at the eat-in kitchen table, then gather for family meals in the dining room. The primary suite has a spa-like jetted tub, while the washer/dryer and WiFi add convenience during your stay.

Step out your back gate and discover fantastic mountain biking trails, including the famous Phil's Trail Complex. You're also conveniently located close to the desirable shops and restaurants in Northwest Crossing and Galveston Avenue. A leisurely walk down Galveston Avenue will bring you across the Deschutes River and into downtown Bend. Spend the day exploring Drake Park, snack and imbibe on some barbecue shrimp and cocktails at Zydeco Kitchen. A short drive away is the Old Mill District, where you'll find shops and even more dining options. Century Drive is just down the hill, which takes you to Mt. Bachelor (roughly a 30-minute drive) for winter skiing and snow boarding and the Cascades Lake Loop with incredible scenery of mountain lakes and lush meadows. Also along this drive is the Virginia Meissner SnoPark (14 miles west of Bend), with over 40 km groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
