Our overall experience fell below expectations, the exterior property is not maintained adequately.

The price value for this property is well over what the property offers. It is in need of proper maintenance and upgrades and not comparable to other properties in this price range.

Kitchen floor was dirty upon arrival. Grout was continually popping out from loose tile, making it uncomfortable for bare feet.Notced some small ants upon arrival, on day 9 we noticed an infestation of them in MB, tried to call local manager, number has been disconnected, called Vacasa & was told they can only send message, never hearing anything from then on. Outside pictures are old, the trees are extremely overgrown & landscaping is poorly managed. Manual states parking for 4 cars in driveway, branches impede parking for even one car, and making a messon the car, that has to be scrubbed off. Canal area is dirty & also over grown, making it unwelcoming. Chairs along canal are broken & filthy. Lounge chairs around pool are bolted to concrete, making repositioning impossible. Small ants and spiders are abundant in pool area. Pool is in need of repair.

Overall it was great. The downfall was we couldn’t use the pool because it was too cold and we weren’t allowed to heat it. Plus there were lots of spider webs on the shallow end hand rail and 3 of the lawn chairs were badly molded and covered on spider webs.

The inside of the house was very clean, Nicely laid out and look just like the pictures.

The furniture not new but good condition beds were comfortable kitchen wall supply with pots pans dishes silverware etc. the freezer in the fridge has an issue with the icemaker there overfills and put water in the kitchen bucket. I had around the pool deck to lunch chairs and lounge were bolted to the deck and are all turning moldy. On the inside of the lanai is getting heavily covered with car webs and small spiders. I’d be more than happy to rent this unit again other than the fact that the price is gone up 116%

Unfortunately disappointing!

There is so many problems with this house. But the smell of mildew or mold. To the point it made us sick. This is a health issue and this house should not be allow to rent. I am not a complainer and tried to stick it out, but when my father was not feeling well I knew we had enough. They said they will reimburse us for the nights not used. But in my opinion that was the least could do. Very disappointed with house and vrbo.

The inside of this property is very nice, we loved that we could open the doors and make the pool part of the house. The landscaping is by far the worst in the neighborhood, the trees have a lot of dead palms on them, the landscaper did come twice, but left the debris attached to the trees. The washing machine was broken upon arrival. The handyman did come within a couple of hours, but was not an appliance repair man, he told us the repairman was behind a week or so, luckily, my husband repairs appliances for a living and was able to get the washer to work, three weeks latter, the repairman, did not show. The view of the beautiful, canal was impeded by overgrowth of trees, which also shaded the pool, the whole property needs landscaping and cleaning up of dead leaves,and debris. After all was said and done, we would stay there again.

mold and dead bugs, salvation army left over furntiutre, house carefully staged with new bathrooms and kitchen the rest is awful. There is a jungle outside of rot and fallen palms

Spacious house in Cape Coral

Once inside this 2 bedroom house you have spacious rooms with newly redone baths and kitchen. Large TVS in each room and plenty of space to move around. Pool was very pretty and quite large. We couldn’t get in because it wasn’t heated but should warm up by late February. Location is convenient to all area attractions and its convenient to get to Publix, Walmart and other shoppering. The front yard and entry way to the home are not the way to judge this property. They are not as nice as the interior and pool. It is located in a quiet, easy to navigate area. Property manager was very responsive when we had one issue. It was fixed quickly House comes with starter set of essentials but they also provided some extra such as napkins, plates, etc We would stay here again.

Great stay

We loved the spaciousness of this 2 bedroom house. New upgrades in both baths and kitchen were really nice. Pool was very large but I heated. By the end of February it should be ready for swimming. It is located in an easy to navigate area in Cape Coral. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Once you get past the front yard and entry to the home, it is wonderful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great streets to walk.
