Guest Access:

The entire house is yours! We live in a close knit neighborhood, surrounded by families with children. Out of respect to our entire community, please keep neighbors in mind when you are in our home.

Other Things to Note:

Our home is in a very family and kid friendly neighborhood. We ask that all guests respect the neighborhood by driving slowly and keeping an eye out for children or neighbors while driving or parking. Partying or disturbances of any kind are not permitted on the property. Lastly, we have a lush garden with a large variety of plants, cacti, palms, citrus, and fruit trees - during certain seasons debris can accumulate over the pool surface. Our pool is cleaned every Friday and we also have a manual pool sweep for guests to use.



Early check-in and Late check-out requests are subject to approval. We charge $25 per hour

Event Fee - $450 (subject to Owner's approval)

Pet Cleaning Fee - $250 (subject to Owner's approval)



GUEST VERIFICATION

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
