This cottage is located only 200 steps from beaches, community pools, and pavilion; Frederica Cottage is an updated rental on St. Simons. You won’t find a beach home that follows the classic cottage style more than this! The front porch and garden make for a peaceful place for outdoor dining. Original oil paintings by local artist Tori Anderson through the along with much well thought out details add to the cottage character. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, and the second floor offers a king suite and loft with a twin plus trundle.

What’s nearby:
Only a short stroll from popular Coast Guard Beach, also find yourself in the heart of St. Simons activities. Enjoy Marsh kayaking or picnics at Neptune Park. There are several golf courses to choose from. If you seek arts and culture, find great nearby galleries and museums. Don’t forget about the many restaurants and shops too!

The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We had a great time at the coast cottage. It was so cute, had everything we needed, located in East Beach, which has the large beach to enjoy, two fabulous pools leading out to the beach. The area is great for getting our walking in every morning on the tree lined streets that provide shade or on the beach with the ocean breeze. We even enjoyed one rainy day sitting on the porch playing cards with the family and running next door to visit the WWII museum. An added plus, the restaurants on the island are fabulous!
