Enjoy your next beach getaway at Palm House 5B, a beautifully furnished oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 5th floor with stunning southeast views of the Atlantic Ocean and white sandy beaches. Relax on your private balcony while listening to the waves or take advantage of the private beach walkover for direct access to the shore.

The open living area features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and sliders to the oceanfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen counter, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The oceanfront primary bedroom features a queen bed, private bath, and balcony access, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a full hall bath. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, cable TV, free WiFi, and all linens provided.

Palm House is a boutique oceanfront complex with only two units per floor, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Guests enjoy a gated entry, elevator, oceanfront pool, picnic area, barbecue station, outdoor shower, and private beach access.

Parking is limited, only assigned 1 spot per rental is available.

Not quite as advertised

We were explicitly told the pool was heated and it was not, which was a big deal in January with young children. The bed in master bedroom was extremely soft and made noise every time there was any movement. Place was relatively clean, but still smelled musty and sour in the back 2 bedrooms. Enjoyed the balcony and beach location. Kitchen and eating area were nice and spacious.

We loved our stay! Great ocean view-easy access to the beach. Loved the board games and card...so glad to see kids playing those instead of looking at their phones..(and they are all over the age of 20) Thank you for the great vacation!!

The description of the condo is not correct!

The master bedroom says it has a king bed! It in fact is a queen! We booked this specific condo based on the king bed which was a must for us! Also, when it rains water pours out from under the base boards around the windows & floods the floors. We had to spend time wiping & cleaning up water due to quite a bit of rain this week. This is not something that has just happened, you can tell they have painted over the rotten wood & tried to disguise it. Lastly, my 15 yr old son sat on one of the queen beds to put his shoes on & it broke! He was not jumping or acting up to cause this. Over all, I would not recommend this place until they have addressed the issues it has.
