Bedroom one has two beds, a double and a twin plus TV.
Bedroom two has a King Adjustable smart bed with sleep enhancement, massage, and anti-snore settings. Bed lifts both head and legs with remote. Plus aTV with Roku streaming.

Located in the heart of Lawrence, just minutes from the KU stadium and downtown. We will provide rides to and from KU events if needed.

Trained housebroken pets are allowed. (Must be up to date on shots and flea treatment). The backyard is only partially fenced and shared.

We provide essentials like shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, blender, toaster, coffee pot and coffee, creamer, sugar, and other amenities . Built-in dishwasher and microwave.

Private driveway for off-street parking.
