Easy access with a key located in the lockbox by the front door.
You will have total privacy. Consider our place your home away from home.
Livingroom has a deep tissue i-joy massage chair, a TV w/Roku, and Playstation 3 Game console with assorted games & a cd/boombox.
Sleeps 5 guests total.
Bedroom one has two beds, a double and a twin plus TV.
Bedroom two has a King Adjustable smart bed with sleep enhancement, massage, and anti-snore settings. Bed lifts both head and legs with remote. Plus aTV with Roku streaming.

Located in the heart of Lawrence, just minutes from the KU stadium and downtown. We will provide rides to and from KU events if needed.

Trained housebroken pets are allowed. (Must be up to date on shots and flea treatment). The backyard is only partially fenced and shared.

We provide essentials like shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, blender, toaster, airfryer, coffee pot and coffee, creamer, sugar, and other amenities . Built-in dishwasher and microwave.

Private driveway for off-street parking.
There is a Dunkin Donuts, Dollar General, restaurant, and gas station shopping center all within walking distance.

Visit to Lawrence with our dogs

Had a great stay. House was perfect for us and close to the KU campus. Very clean with comfortable beds. Was able to walk the dog around the neighborhood and play with them in an open field just one street over.

Pleasant Place

The place was accurately described for the house and outside patio. We were pleasantly surprised with the inside of the house. The AC is top notch, great water pressure in the shower, and a variety of many snacks as a welcome.

Our week in Lawrence

This is one of several times we have stayed at this place, it’s our home away from home. It has all one needs for a pleasure able stay. Place is always clean, fresh smelling, & nicely stocked. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to everything Lawrence has to offer. We will definitely stay again, as all as it’s available.

Cozy Little Escape

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a short drive to everything, and the rental is nestled quite nicely in its midst. It’s a duplex, but it still feels like a home, which is not an easy feat to accomplish. Major kudos to Carrie and Guy for that. It’s a great option for a great price with great hosts.

Lawrence Weekend.

The property was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The owner was easy to work with. The Internet strength, however, wasn’t sufficient to watch TV in both the living room and bedroom at the same time and after an episode of a swat team intervention, the safety of the neighborhood is questionable, but not surprising for the area.

Great proximity to mass street Ave the campus. Easy to navigate, enjoyed the breakfast and snack items. Only confusing thing was check out. Instructions said to text when checked out but i couldn't locate a number to text.

Comfortable and Cozy

We came to Lawrence to visit Kansas University. From this property we had easy access to the school, Massachusetts Ave and the state park. When the weather got cold and damp, we were very comfortable and warm inside this home. The hosts let me know the day of arrival that everything was ready for our stay. Lots of snacks were provided as part of the warm welcome. There's a great chinese noodle place within walking distance as well as a Dunkin Donuts! We really enjoyed our stay here.

It did the job

The area is quite a way from the main drag of Mass St. and the neighborhood was not really anywhere of interest. No judgment intended, but the property needs some work. If you just need a place to lay your head, it works. But if you want some social/entertaining space as well, I'm not sure this is the spot for you. It's also a duplex, so if there are neighbors, you will be hearing their comings and goings. We'd stay again, but not for the price.

I hate to give a bad review, but we regretted this one for multiple reasons. It doesn't actually fit 7 people, with only 3 beds and only 3 seats in living area. Broken outlet cover is an obvious safety hazard. Multiple plumbing issues during normal use. Backyard has a ditch with poison ivy, and the fence is incomplete, meaning children and pets can't run around safely. Flooring and sidewalks are uneven. The house would be difficult to fully clean due to incomplete interior trim and finish work. The host seems nice and this unit might be acceptable in a pinch with fewer people because of its lower price, but would need a lot of work before I'd recommend it.
