We had an awesome stay and the location was perfect while visiting KU! We loved the outside common area. It was perfect to sit outside and visit rather than being inside. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely be back when we visit our kids again. Thank you!

Clean & close to Mass

Stayed a few nights for a concert. The location is perfect for walking around Mass. I loved the modern decor of the apartment, cleanliness, & ease of communicating with the host. Will stay again next time I need a getaway to Lawrence. Thanks Fernando!

This property was everything it claimed to be in the best ways possible. Clean, well situated, welcoming and comfortable. Fernando was very responsive when I had difficulties with the reservation platform (absolutely no fault of his, I was used to a different platform). There were lots of little touches to make our arrival pleasant. Note that if there are more than two people staying, dining in might require creativity because there is no dining table, but it was very comfortable for two of us.

Nice place Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to KU . We had an issue with the AC which happened late Sunday evening. No one could come out to fix it, but the next day it was fixed and worked great the rest of our stay ! Overall very nice place and we enjoyed our stay !
