We went to the KU football game and needed a place to hang afterwards and bar hop. This was so perfect! The beds and living room furniture were very comfy. Loved it!

Clean and relaxing

Very nice inside, lots of nice touches, extra charging cables, snacks, bathroom amenities. The massage chair is absolutely wonderful. We moved my son back to college so was nice to relax in after setting his apartment up for a couple of days. Room was very clean.

Outdated and rough shape

I had to change the sheets before getting in the bed because they were covered in dog hair. There was old food in the sink and hair in the bathtub. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms was peeling apart. The neighborhood is sketchy, the first night the police were patrolling with spotlights looking for someone.It did.not feel safe.

I came here mainly because of the Massage Chair and did not partake in much of the television that was offered nor the gaming consoles. I did rob some food, which was nice. Otherwise the kitchen was fit for a king. Slept like a rock.

We stayed one night, passing through to Colorado to visit family. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable but otherwise, nice place. We had our dogs with us and there was a small area to let them out with artificial turf. That was convenient, especially since it was raining heavily.

I’ve stayed at this property (or adjoining place) a few times when dropping off a kid at school. It’s clean, easy, and welcoming. We will probably be back again. The owners are kind and responsive.

This was a great place to stay. Our dogs were comfortable and it was clean. The owner provided snacks, coffee and toiletries. It is close to the college and downtown.

Nice place to stay in Lawrence

Located within a cheap Uber to downtown Lawrence and Mass street attractions. Nice to have a whole side of a duplex instead of a small hotel room.
