Quiet apartment / Alfama

Located in a pedestrian street close to the Alfama, this apartment, furnished in April 2015, will allow you to live in the heart of a typical Lisbon district and to reach many tourist places on foot.

The apartment is located next to the historic Alfama district, immediately behind the Pantheon and in the heart of the city's best known flea market, the Feira da Ladra. It is located on a quiet, peaceful street closed to traffic. It is on the ground floor of a building consisting of 4 apartments.

It is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
It can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed and large closets) and 1 sofa bed for 2 in the living room (with a slatted base and a mattress comfortable).

You will have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, 4-burner gas stove, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils (gratin and pie dishes) , blender, citrus press ...) you need to cook and eat at the apartment.

You can relax in the living room equipped with a sofa and a smart TV and have your meals on the table for 4 people (integrated extensions allowing a total of 6 people).

The bathroom includes a storage unit, a shower, a hairdryer and WC. You will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

Linens are provided: sheets, duvets and 2 towels per person; with an additional game for any stay longer than a week.

The apartment is also equipped with a travel cot and crockery for children.

To facilitate your installation on your arrival, you will have at your disposal the basic necessities: coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, detergent.

Internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment for free.

You will be welcomed by Florence, Filipe or Daniel who are part of our family and live right next to Lisbon. They are perfectly bilingual French-Portuguese. They will give you the keys, explain the main features of the apartment and if necessary, give you suggestions on where to eat, what to visit and what to do in Lisbon.

To access the accommodation from the airport: 15 minutes by car or 50 minutes by public transport (Vermelha metro to São Sebastião then bus 735 to Cais Sodré then 300m on foot). We can pick you up and bring you back to the airport (subject to availability) for € 15 each way.

If you come by car, you can park for free and easily in one of the streets adjacent to the apartment.

TOURIST TAX:
Since January 1, 2016, the city of Lisbon has introduced a tourist tax based on € 1 / night / person. This applies to any traveler over the age of 13 with a maximum of € 7 / person.
This tax cannot be included in the price of the stay and must be paid on site against the delivery of a receipt.
