In the countryside of POULDREUZIC, in the heart of a hamlet, not far from the wild coast of the Bay of AUDIERNE, the beaches and fishing ports of the Cornouaille coast and the BIGOUDEN country.
Traditional Breton house with a simple and spacious layout, pleasant for holidays; facing south and open onto a large garden bordered by hedges, conducive to games and relaxation.
Sea and sandy beach 6km away. Shops 1.5km away. Nearest town: Pont L\'Abbé 16km.
1700m² private garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue. Parking. Garage. Electric heating. Ironing board and iron.
Independent 4-room house of 120m² comprising:
On the ground floor:
- Living room: dining area, living room with armchairs. TV.
- Independent kitchen: dining area, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher. Washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with double bed and duvet.
- Toilet. Bathroom.
Upstairs (the staircase to access it is in the garage):
- 1 bedroom with double bed and blanket.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and blankets.
- Toilet with washbasin.
Maximum capacity: 6 people
