For shared use: natural state property 15 ha with trees. 400 m long motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Shop 3.4 km, supermarket 3.4 km, restaurant 3.4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Plage de Langoz" 6 km. Marina 4.8 km, sailing school 4.8 km. Nearby attractions: Lesconil 7.8 km, Le Guilvinec 12 km, Pointe de la Torche 12 km. Hiking paths: Baie d'Audierne 13 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

BIEN
A proximité de tous commerces et des plages (en voiture ou vélo).
Grands fauteuils dans le salon pour lire tranquillement.
Très beau et grand jardin.
A noter qu’il n’y a pas d’isolation entre les chambres et entre l’étage (espace nuit) et rez-de-chaussée.
Cela peut avoir une importance si les horaires de levé et couché des uns et des autres sont différents.

Umgebung und äußerer Eindruck ...
Umgebung und äußerer Eindruck waren sehr ansprechend. Einsam und ruhig gelegen mit schönem leicht verwildertem Garten. Die Besitzer waren freundlich. Das Haus 110 war leider in keinem guten Zustand. Es roch muffig bis stinkig, in zwei Schlafzimmern auch schimmelig. Dies konnten wir auch durch intensivstes Lüften kaum ändern. Es war nur oberflächlich gesäubert, so dass wir erst nach zweimaligem putzen den Eindruck von Sauberkeit bekamen. Die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen und rochen ebenfalls muffig. DasBadezimmer ist sehr alt, mit Badewanne. Duschen war schwierig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur mit großer Einschränkung empfehlen.

Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in direkter Meernähe ist generell sehr hoch. Das
Mauerwerk eines Natursteinhauses nimmt diese entsprechend auf. Ein
relativ kurzer Zeitraum ohne Lüften kann für einen ‚muffigen Geruch’
schon ausreichend sein. In der Regel verflüchtigt sich dieser aber
schnell, wenn ein Haus bewohnt, beheizt und regelmäßig gelüftet wird.
Bei den Matratzen konnten keine Unregelmäßigkeiten festgestellt werden.
In Frankreich werden weiche Betten bevorzugt.
