CLOS DUNES - Jardin, Piscine partagée - ED6019

Located on the southern coast of Brittany, 25km from Quiberon and 15km from Carnac, Erdeven behind 300 hectares of protected dunes, bordered by fine sandy beaches, is a megalithic site with dolmens and menhirs among the pines, gorse and broom.



The residence consists of small grouped houses, with a shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).

Beach about 500 m away. Tennis, mini-golf 400 m away. Seasonal shops 200 m away. Centre 3 km away.



3-room house of about 34 m² for a maximum of 4 occupants (3 adults max.), comprising:



On the ground floor:

- Kitchenette with 3 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.

- Living room with TV and sofa.

- Separate toilet.



Upstairs (steep stairs):

- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

- 1 small bedroom with 2 90 cm bunk beds.

- Shower room.



Small garden and terrace with garden furniture: deckchair, parasol and barbecue.

1 numbered parking space.

Arrival between 4pm and 6pm. Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €250 (to be paid on site)

Charges: included from mid-May to mid-October / additional based on meter reading (according to consumption) outside this period.

Tourist tax (to be paid on site)

One pet allowed on request (additional €25 per week).

Bed linen and towels can be rented on request (contact us for rates)

Carnac Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für Wassersportler. Von dort aus haben wir einige Besichtigungstouren unternommen. Vannes, Quiberon, Carnac Meniheri, St. Nazaire, Guerande und Salzgewinnung. Es ist alles überschaubar zu erreichen. Die Internetabdeckung ist leider nicht mehr ganz Standard. So konnten wir uns auf die Familie besinnen.

Le Golfe du Morbihan.... magique !!

Location propice pour visiter les environs. Calme absolu. Très bon accueil et écoute du personnel de l'agence. Emplacement place de parking éloignée de la location. Remise et dépose des clés à l'agence de Carnac trop loin du lieu de résidence.

l emplacement, le tarif, la piscine le confort de la maison, cette année 38 degrés dehors et 32 degrés dans la chambre pour dormir. L'équipement de la maison est assez âgé et plus vraiment efficace(aspirateur)

Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger votre commentaire. Nous prenons en considération vos remarques concernant les équipements vieillissants afin d'apporter des améliorations. Pour ce qui est des températures, peu de maisons en Bretagne sont équipées de climatisation car il n'est pas habituel d'avoir d'aussi fortes chaleurs. Il s'agit de conditions exceptionnelles. Nous espérons que malgré ces quelques points, vous reviendrez en Bretagne pour vos prochaines vacances !

Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée

"Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée. Pas de radiateur dans le séjour. Que des radiateurs électriques. Le couronnement a chaque fois qu'on qu'on se l'avait les mains on se prenait des coûts de courant on a appelé pour prévenir, on devait nous envoyer un électricien. On l'attend encore. Le chauffe eau après avoir mis 2 jour à avoir de l'eau chaude ne fonctionne que en marche forcé . Inadmissible dimanche et jour férié si on a un problème personne ne répond!!!!!!!!!??????" Landschaftlich schön, Praktisch , aber sehr klein

Ein kleines mit allem ausgestattes Ferienhaus, für 2 Personen in Ordnung, aber wie angesprochen mit 4 Personen deutlich zu klein.. Ausstattung einfach aber komplett. Leider war der Service nicht so gut, da wir versehentlich den Kindermodus beim Herd eingestellt hatten, und wir noch 4 Tage Urlaub hatten, sind wir zur Verwaltung gefahren und haben das auch gemeldet. Es wurde uns zugesagt, dass sie sich melden würden und eventuell jemanden vorbeischicken würden. Leider warte ich heute noch auf den Rückruf und ob der Herd jetzt wieder in funktion gebracht worden ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das war doch ziemlich störend a) einen von wenigen Tagen mit wirklichem Strandwetter am Haus zu verbringen, und dann kommt noch nicht mal einer. b) das versprochene Telefonat blieb aus c) und 4 Tage ohne Herd auch ein wenig schwierig zu mal man sich ja Selbstversorung eingestellt und eingekauft hatte.
