This large luxury villa, facing south fully air-conditioned, classified 4 stars, particularly welcoming and pleasantly furnished, is quietly located on one of the hills of Nice, enjoying a beautiful sea view located in Nice EST without vis-à-vis vis, with sunshine until the end of the day very appreciable.
Everything has been designed to make your holiday special.

At the ground floor.

The large living room corner sofas with big screen TV and WIFI in every room. Dining room 6 places. the whole thanks to its bay gives on the terrace of 100 m2 on the same level for more visual security, the swimming pool heated according to the season treated with salt and its Jacuzzi 6 places all being private, Lighting of variable color with leds. Ideal location to admire the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the observatory of Nice drowned in the surrounding greenery.

The fully equipped American fridge kitchen with ice maker opens directly onto the large terrace on which you will enjoy spending time for lunch or an aperitif. in an exotic greenery.
Barbecue, two different dining area.

Composed of three air-conditioned rooms it offers a capacity up to 6 people. each with a bathroom and toilet, two upstairs bed 160x200 cm wardrobe closet each with a small living room. On the ground floor a bed of 180/200 or according to your request two single bed of 90/200 closet wardrobe. Upon arrival all beds will be prepared.

A fourth independent WC located in the entrance hall on the ground floor.

Electric shutters, automatic watering, automatic gate, pool alarm.

Services :
Sheets, towels, swimming pool towel. and cleaning kit provided, at no additional cost.

I will be present when you arrive to do the inventory.

Long weekend of bliss at Villa Galetto

Wonderful stay at Villa Galetto for my cousin’s hen party weekend in Nice. The host, Marc is fantastic and incredibly helpful from the moment you book and to the end of your stay. The villa is a short drive to old Nice and perfect if you want to relax and take in the view. It was easy to do a grocery shop and order ubers. The villa itself is beautiful with everything you need! Thank you, Marc!

Une villa idéale pour découvrir la région de Nice

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve chez Marc et Didier... Dès notre arrivée à la villa le premier coup d'œil donné au jardin invite de suite au repos et au dépaysement total.. Nous avons été très touchés par l'accueil réservé par nos hôtes rosé et soft au frais et de quoi grignoter avec ! Magique après plusieurs heures passées sur la route ! La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût en plus d'être très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée ! Une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse sur la Méditerranée ! Des vacances parfaites ! Nous recommandons ++++ et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wonderful stay, garden oasis

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Galetto. Both hosts welcomed us ever so kind with aperitif and wine. Since we checked in late, they also provided some food for the first evening. Really friendly people, very accommodating and helpful. House is spotless. Very clean and every sink has a soapdispenser. The view is great, even from the kitchen you have a large window where you can also enjoy the panorama. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful was the pizza we took out to enjoy. It came from a little pizzatruck just around the corner. Marc was helpful in getting it delivered to the house. Very tasty pizza! Beds are of good quality, there is airconditioning in every room. All was provided for. Marc even brought us some eggs from his chickens. We had a fantastic stay. The garden felt (and looked) like a little paradise! Thanks guys, we’ll certainly visit again! Nous avons passe 15 jours dans cette magnifique villa . Nous étions tellement bien que nous n avions pas envie d en partir. Piscine , jaccuzi, un extérieur plus qu agréable où rien ne manque. Quant aux prestations intérieures, tout est bien pensé et réalisé avec beaucoup de goût. D une propreté irréprochable, on dirait que tout est neuf , ( même la bouilloire ! ) petit clin d œil à Didier 😜 Mais le plus important a été pour nous la rencontre de Marc et Didier .Très disponibles et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Smart, modern villa with great views of Nice

The villa is located half way up a mountain within 15 mins of centre of Nice. It has wonderful views across Nice, hills and the sea. Pool and jacuzzi are located on a terrace that maximise the views. Lots of nice outdoor furniture and places to relax although garden is small. Interior is modern with all necessary facilities and some neat design touches. Parking is ample and secure. Very easy to get to all the key resorts along the coast and not far from the Italian border if you fancy a cross-border day trip. Would particularly recommend Antibes. Much less impressed with Monaco. Marc was a very helpful and friendly host.

Zeer luxe en complete villa in Nice: chapeau!

We hebben hier een aantal dagen overnacht in Nice. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen op een van de heuvels rondom Nice. Met 5 minuten rijden is er een grote supermarkt onderaan de heuvel (wel stijl). Binnen 10 minuten sta je op de strandjes van Nice. De villa zelf is mooier dan op de foto's: de jacuzzi is heerlijk, een mooi zonneterras en ook binnen is het pico bello in orde. Mooie, moderne badkamers, goede bedden, zeer mooie en complete inrichting. Kortom, zoek je een villa in Nice, zoek vooral niet verder!
