Great time staying in this Tiny House! The location is convenient for walking to Leadville's shops, bars, and restaurants. And skiing is just up the hill about 15 minute drive. We would love to stay here again!

Not super accomodating
We were given the wrong passcode for the door and it was FREEZING out while we waited for the new. 2 trucks were parked in the way of our parking spot. Not enough blankets or pillows (we asked for more and got a reply that the property manager would get back to us and they never did. No hooks to hang anything up.
The place is right in town and walkable to everything. Less than 5 minutes from the Mineral Belt! Great spot for the two of us and our pup!

We had a wonderful time; it was the perfect accomodation if you are planning on skiing at nearby Cooper because it's so close and keeps you cozy during the winter. The town has some great history to explore as well.

The tiny house was very clean and in a good location. We had almost everything we needed for the stay provided at the tiny house, I would stay there again and would definitely recommend it.
My husband and I needed to be in Leadville for a wedding at Ski Cooper, and were looking for a cute, safe, private place that allowed us to settle in with a dog. This cute tiny house was everything stated, very clean and easy to find. Just a block off main street, everything was walk-able in town. For the price, it was great and I would recommend to anyone looking for the privacy and ease of a tiny home.
House was as described, but smaller than appears in pictures. If you are taller than 5'5" your feet will be crammed against the roof when trying to sleep on the bed in the loft. :)
Other than that, the place was super clean and charming!
The house is very tiny (even smaller than the pictures would suggest). Kitchen is surprisingly spacious but given the induction stovetop and limited cooking pots, it was a bit tricky cooking in the kitchen. The bed is extremely comfortable but the futon less so. The stairs up to the loft are steep so families with children should be care of that. Internet is slow so we ended up just using our phones' wifi. All in all, fun place to stay for a weekend. We will be back again.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the tiny house experience. The house is clean and has everything you need to cook, relax and sleep well. Plus you can walk to the shops and restaurants in Leadville.
We loved the tiny home! Easy to find, easy to check in, and was a great nights sleep. Very close to town! Beautiful views of the mountains right outside the window. We really enjoyed it!
