Fantastic retreat from the heat

The location of the house is convenient for reaching downtown and Hwy 180 and the house itself is terrific — modern and very comfortable. Plus surrounded by beautiful pines

Perfect Flagstaff rental

We loved staying here. The house is well stocked and was perfect for our family. Suzanna was communicative and available to meet our needs. We loved the neighborhood with the open lot next door and behind the property with beautiful trees and open space to play in the snow.

Weekend Ski Retreat

What a great weekend! We skied at Snowbowl, rode the Polar Express & visited Bearionza. The home was absolutely perfect in size, decor and location. You will not be disappointed.

We LOVED this home! Beautifully decorated, so clean and very comfortable. One of the best-stocked homes we’ve been in. The backyard is private and has great seating on very comfortable furniture. Amazing Property

This is an absolutely terrific property. We have stayed at numerous houses throughout the country and this house is near the top of the list. The house is fully stocked and exceptionally clean. The backyard is fantastic. The neighborhood is wonderful, especially if you have kids.

Grand Canyon Get-A-Way

Great property, wonderful communication with owner. Very clean, Lots & lots of thought out amenities. ( bathrobes, lg size soaps, shampoo/conditioners, coffee pods). Beds & linens were nice quality. Outdoor space was fantastic: hot tub, gas grill, plenty of seating options. We own a vacation rental as well that we were taking notes in ways we could improve our guest next stay. Highly recommend.

Our flagstaff ski trip.

Over all the property was fairly nice, the interior of the house was clean and comfortable. We did have two problems. One the house was listed as a 4 bedroom during booking. It is actually a 3 bedroom and a couch in the hallway between the bedrooms was considered a bedroom. This caused a problem for us where a member of our party had to get a hotel room for their privacy. The other issue is half of the guests used the hot tub and the other half did not. The half that did contracted Hot tub folliculitis a skin infection of the hair follicles that appears after coming into contact with bacteria contaminated water. The infection is caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa which lives in wet, warm areas including hot tubs, whirlpools, and waterslides. I would not rent this property again due to these short comings.

This property was perfect for a week-long family trip. Easy check-in. Well stocked kitchen, especially whoever left us fresh eggs! Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. Love the beds! And the location made a quiet, easy to navigate base for all our explorations in Flagstaff and beyond. We can't wait to come back. This is the nicest vacation rental we've stayed at in years.

Graduation Stay

We stayed at Suzanna’s house for my daughter’s graduation. We had a wonderful stay and this house was top notch. The backyard was beautiful and serene surrounded by pine trees. Suzanna has thought of everything and then some. My family and i were very impressed.

Beautiful property

The house is located in a quiet community surrounded by magnificent tall pine trees. It is very clean and has all necessary amenities. The owners did not forget anything, they even had Bath & Body Works hand soaps and a cabinet filled with board games. The house is wonderfully decorated. It is minutes from charming Flagstaff. We will come back!

Our house is warm, cozy, and a great place to unwind after enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Flagstaff is a year round destination that allows for skiing in the winter or great hiking trails in the summer. When you're hungry you can go downtown and enjoy great options for food, drinks, and shopping.

This home is our pride and joy, we love it and think you will too. Everything is relatively new including all the amenities, such as the A/C, gas fireplace, washer and dryer (upstairs!), hot tub, and gas grill. There's also a large fenced-in backyard, pine trees, and beautiful views.

Relax inside with fast WiFi and Dish Satellite TV or entertain yourself in the large fenced in backyard. The generous backyard patio has a new easy to use gas grill where you can show off your culinary skills or play the corn hole game, enjoy cards, board games or puzzles.
