Brand new in March 2019 4 bedroom 3 bath home with New Game Room! This home is constructed with upgrades all over including tile flooring, concrete countertops, stainless steel gas appliances, tile showers, expansive glass doors, mountain views from the front porch, hot tub, and nothing but views of trees behind you! The location of our home is right next to downtown Flagstaff. If you have a large group, we also have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home next door!

The house was perfect for a quick weekend get away with family. We enjoyed the open concept upstairs and our youngest loved the game room. Chris was very responsive and helpful when we needed him. My only tip is the house gets a ton of natural light. If you are one that likes/needs a dark room to sleep in, bring an eye mask with you! We would definitely rent again.

House. was nice and clean and well located. We grilled outside one night and grill was clean and ready to use.The kitchen had everything we needed. We did buy new sponges to clean dishes. The beds were amazing and the pillows as well. We watched the baseball All-Star game and really liked the living room furniture. Overall it was a great place for us coaches to retreat to and relax.Thank you , Mike

Wonderful stay

Great stay

Thanks for a great stay. The home was just as described, roomy, clean and comfy. It was stocked with everything we needed, and it was all modern and new. The home is conveniently located close to the downtown area and everywhere we wanted to be. We would love to stay here again, thank you.

Great house!

We loved our stay here, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The driveway was very steep which was the only tough part, otherwise the house is in a great location and we had a wonderful experience!

Great house, great locations!

We enjoyed our stay here at this house in Flagstaff... darling and super clean house! The house was well-stocked and had everything to meet our needs in the kitchen, for the hot tub, for washing clothes, etc. We were super close to grocery shopping AND to the Arizona Snowbowl. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Flagstaff :)

Beautiful Flagstaff Home

A beautiful new home with a perfect location for day trips to the Grand Canyon and exploring Flagstaff. The home is bright and clean and the owners have put a great deal of attention into making sure you have everything you need for your stay. The owner communication was also wonderful.

Family Celebration

We were very pleased with this property. We found it to be very clean, well stocked and very nicely decorated. Loved the jacuzzi and all the outdoor seating! We cooked in all our meals for a group of 8 and found the kitchen perfect. Chris was very easy to work with and was prompt in all correspondence. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to renting it again in the future!

Delightful property close to down with forest feel

My spouse and I really enjoyed our 5-day stay in this property. In terms of location, it’s pretty much ideal. Built into the side of a hill, the house gives you mountain views and the feel of being in the forest while still only being 5-10 minutes drive/walk from downtown Flagstaff. Easy enough, too, to get to I-40, 89, and 180. The house is pleasantly open, windowed, contemporary, and clean; and, for the two of us, the kitchen more or less met our needs (we cooked most nights). I can happily recommend the house, though it may not be ideal for all travelers. First, because of its build, the house’s living quarters are up 1.5 flights of stairs up and the driveway is very steep. So if you have mobility issues, another property might meet your needs better. Second, if you’re a large group and anticipate making a lot of noise, another location might be better. The house is in a rather quiet, even intimate neighborhood—and sound travels here. But overall, this is a terrific property that we will certainly look to visit again.

A beautiful home with everything our family needed. Plenty of space to gather, cook and hang out. It's close to town and close to hiking. We especially enjoyed sitting under the trees on the back patio where it was shady and cool on the warm summer days.

Ok stay for family

The home is spacious and in a nice setting in a lovely, treed neighborhood in a convenient location. The home itself has some challenges: a steep driveway (mentioned by other reviewers) and more than a few maintenance and housekeeping/cleanliness issues: patio furniture in poor, almost unusable condition with one broken item lying on the side of the house with the BBQ cover thrown on top, kitchen cabinet hanging off hinges, missing and poor quality bathroom amenities, and other issues. Beds and the living room sectional were comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The lack of window coverings in the east-facing kitchen and living area make the use of those spaces (for a summer stay) uncomfortable and uninviting in the mornings--too bright and too warm.
