This is a beautiful single story townhome completely renovated in 2018. It has three bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has two individual beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
There is two bathrooms with 1 stand-in shower. Open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room. High Speed Internet, TV with local channels and 120 internet channels plus Netflix . The kitchen is completely stocked with cookware, eating utensils and tableware. The home is stocked with linens, towels, detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There is parking available for two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage.
There is a Ring Video Door Bell by the front door and a Ring Spotlight Camera over the garage.

Very clean felt very cozy… We had a very small hiccup with the lock but the owners were very quick to come and fix the situation no issues at all!! 10/10 recommend!!

Perfect for us

The condo is charming, clean, and well-cared for. It was the perfect size for me and my five girls. The only challenge was parking - we have a 12-passenger van and it was hard to get in and out of the driveway without hitting the cars parked on the street and in the neighboring (partially shared) driveway. We made it work.

Great stay.

Our family made a last minute decision to head to San Antonio for the long weekend. This house had everything we needed. The rooms were a perfect setup for our family, and everything was well stocked. Great location if you’re going to BMT graduation, or just a quick getaway. Close to downtown, never drove more than 15 min or so to everything we wanted to do. We had a great stay!

Wonderful Host

All of the accommodations that were needed for my family were met. Great location that has access to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. The host communicated with me every step of the way. I recommend this place for everyone looking for a place in San Antonio.
